THE VERDICT:

LipIce for me is one of the best drugstore brands because it performs more than expected. I believe that you always get what you pay for but with LipIce, I always get more. Take for example their Color Lipbalms: I thought it's just one of the common "tinted" lipbalms that are as good as clear lipgloss but surprisingly, it packs on a good dose of color! I'm happy with it, and I thought of sharing what I think about these babies here. Click READ MORE and read the rest of this review.

Ingredients

The product comes in slim tubes that are so easy to carry. Design is not so good, but at least it looks decent.

L-R: Candy Apple, Sweet Rose, Pretty Pink

These tinted lipbalms are non-drying, and have a beautiful, semi- creamy texture. It smoothens out lines, and imparts a soft blanket of moisture onto my lips. In spite of its watery consistency, it does not bleed around my lips. However, the moisture evaporates pretty quickly, so it's best to apply around 3- 4 layers for the moisturizing feeling to last longer. It doesn't feel heavy on the lips, so it's absolutely okay to pile it on.

Swatches: 1. Sweet Rose 2. Pretty Pink 3. Candy Apple

Sweet Rose is a midtone rose shade with pink undertone. This is my most favorite shade among the three.

Pretty Pink is a light, midtone pink shade. It's a good MLBB color.

Candy Apple a warm pink shade with a subtle red undertone.

Of all the LipIce products, these guys are my most favorite because for such an affordable product, it performs well and pigmentation is good. It's one of the lip products that stay true to the "just bitten stain" and "tinted" promise, so I'd recommend this to girls who only like having a hint of color on their lips. It's great for school use too!
