Here's a review on Lipice Color Glosses in Pearl Pink, Candy Apple, and Summer Pink

THE VERDICT:

Lipice's Color Gloss is enriched with Macadamia Seed Oil and Aloe Extract to continuously hydrate your lips, and Vitamin E and Lanolin Oil to keep your puckers soft and smooth. It comes in three colors: Pearl Pink, Candy Apple, and Summer Pink.

LIPICE COLOR GLOSS IN DETAIL

 Ingredients

The first time I saw these glosses, I was like "Ohhh...They're so cute!" The packaging is made from a soft, lightweight squeeze- type tube with an acrylic applicator. It's more hygienic than lip glosses with doe foot and brush applicators. If you can't say no to friends who borrow lip products, then might as well go for glosses in this type of packaging!

L-R: Candy Apple, Summer Pink, Pearl Pink

The lip glosses have a very soft, emollient consistency, lightweight texture, and fruity scent. It's non- sticky--in fact, it feels a little watery, but it doesn't slide around my lips. Staying power is not so good, but I like the fact that it leaves my lips very smooth even if the gloss has dried out already. However, I find them too glittery for my liking. :p

LIPICE COLOR GLOSS IN ACTION

Here are the swatches:

Pearl Pink- A clear gloss with oodles of baby pink shimmer.

Pearl Pink is my least favorite because I find that it does nothing to my lips (lol), except that it drenches it in pure moisture and glimmer. It's a great lipstick topper though.

Summer Pink- a baby pink shade with baby pink glimmer.

Summer Pink leaves a very slight hint of pink on my lips--It just enhances my lips' tone naturally.

Candy Apple- A red pink shade with silver glimmer.

Candy Apple is my favorite shade among the three because it gives my lips better color, and the glimmers are not too overwhelming. :)

For P145.00 only, I think the quality of these glosses are pretty good. However, it's not for me because I like pigmented glosses. Methinks teens will truly love this line because the colors are very fresh and pretty, not to mention it's quite affordable too. If you're also looking for a non-drying lightweight gloss, check this out. :)
