Beauty Discovery: Lavish House Of Beauty

I have two blog resolutions for this year: 1.) Be more open to affordable and drugstore makeup brands so that I may cater to my readers who are on a budget 2.) Go back to the things that make beauty blogging truly exciting: Discovering and Exploring.

One of my beauty discoveries for this year is Lavish House of Beauty, a VERY affordable Korean makeup brand--when I say very affordable, I mean it: Price points for their products start at P100.00. Why so cheap? Because everything is straight from the supplier. The owner of the said brand is Ms. Rheena Laserna, a beauty and BB Cream- savvy Filipina. All products are being manufactured by Korebozer, a known makeup manufacturing company in Korea-According to Rheena, Korebozer manufactures for some of the biggest Korean makeup products today.

I paid their Robinson's Forum showroom a visit last April, and here our some of the products that tickled my fancy. Click READ MORE and check them out!

If you're a makeup artist or you simply like contouring on a daily basis (like me!), you'll delight in these gigantic contouring and highlighting powders! Finish of the powders is matte, and texture is quite nice: It's in between chalky and creamy. Prices for these are around P500.00+.

They also got the Rice series for those with sensitive skin. We have here semi- translucent face powders and pots of concealers, which are huge by the way. The Rice products start at P250.00++. Rheena is a fan of this particular line because she said that it's the only line that didn't cause her ultra sensitive skin to break out.

And hey, they have a Cream- based BB Cream for those who need heavier coverage! This baby retails at P400.00+, I think.

A multitasking BB Cream: It acts as a corrector and gel blush! If I'm not mistaken, this is around P200.00+.

Liquid Lip Colors. I was surprised to know that they're very pigmented, and the shades don't look cheap at all! These lip candies retail at P180.00+ each.

I took home some of their best-sellers for a trial. So far, I'm liking the mascara, liquid lip color, concealer, brow powder, and BB Cream, (What?! I actually LIKED another BB Cream!?) and the dual- phase makeup remover. (Not in the photo) Reviewing them soon!

Please visit LAVISH HOUSE OF BEAUTY on Facebook to view the rest of their products.
