DEAR READERS: Beauty Products that you keep on repurchasing?

I wonder, what are the beauty products that you keep on repurchasing? Product/s that have become an essential more than a regular beauty item and you trust them so much just because you can't find anything like them, they're your perfect match, or they're the only things that could give you your desired finish/coverage/effect.

Quite surprisingly, for a beauty aficionado like me, I only have three:

SHISEIDO POWDER FOUNDATION

I just feel that my makeup collection is incomplete without it. It's a miracle worker for the complexion especially for those on-the-go moments and to me, it's the only powder foundation that gives the best coverage-there could be another brand that's as good as this but as far as I'm concerned, this is one of the world's greatest.

KIEHL'S ULTRA FACIAL CREAM

Or Kiehl's Ultra Facial Moisturizer, the one in bottle form. I used to change moisturizers often because they would always seem to aggravate my oily skin, but when I've tried this one, it felt like I've found my perfect match. It settled into my skin perfectly, and I've been using it for 3 years now.

MAYBELLINE COLOSSAL MASCARA

Or HG mascara, as I'd like to call it. One of the reasons why I go to Duty Free is because of this!

  1. I'm dying to try out Kiehl's moisturizers when I can finally afford them.

The beauty products that I keep on repurchasing are:

    1. Clean and Clear moisturizer - it's cheap, has SPF, does not break me out. Moisturizing power is so-so, but it works.

    2. Nichido eyeliner pencil - it's 60 pesos! it's very pigmented, it stays on if set with eyeshadow, and it's retractable.

  2. Maybelline's Hyper Sharp liner, since it's cheap and lasts for quite a bit when I wear it outdoors (K-Palette's around twice the price, and I can't splurge much since I'm still a student). I wait for Trinoma's cosmetic sale to buy two or three of them so it becomes a looot cheaper-- from 399 to 270.

I also buy Watson's Deep Cleansing Nose Pore Strips often since I share with friends and stuff. I can't help but touch my nose after I use it because my nose becomes so soft!

  3. I've been repurchasing the Mac Studio Fix Powder Plus Foundation in C40, Etude House Easy Brow Pencil in No. 1, Celeteque Hydration Facial Wash and I just repurchased the Bioderma Crealine H20 makeup remover. It has become my HG makeup remover ^_^

  4. Etude House Apricot Stick in shade #8
    - I love how it gives my lips a nice reddish color. it's slightly glossy and it leaves a nice red tint after drinking, though with eating you have to reapply. It's cheap and it smells good too.

Pure Beauty Tsubaki Treatment Hair Care Oil- I love how it tames my super thick, curly, and unruly hair in an instant.

Etude House Oh M'eye Lash Mascara in Volume&Longlash - I like it because of its cheap student-friendly price, and the fact that it works decently, and it doesn't flake and smudge as much despite it being non-waterproof(just don't rub the eyes too much)

  7. Maybe it's not as surprising because you're sent with a lot of products to try and it wouldn't be too eco-friendly to not use them :) I think it works that way... and it only means one thing, these products are all must-trys. Maybe when I finish Majolica Majorca powder, I can try shiseido next.

  8. Hi girls! Thank you for sharing! Keep 'em coming! :)

Rae: That's another thing, but I got to the point wherein I give most away just because I end up not using everything. I actually have a long list of products that I repurchase, but not as often as the three in this list. :)
