Dermalogica: Skin Brand of Experts+ New Dermalogica Sheer Tint and Cover Tint

Hey guys! Have you seen (or tried) this brand called Dermalogica? I always see it in Rustan's-I think I have checked it out once and got this impression that it's a cosmeceutical brand, and that's it. It wasn't until now that I got really interested to know more about this brand when the new Sheer Tint and Cover Tint products have found their way to my doorstep.

Dermalogica is a professional skin care and makeup brand sold all over the world especially in skin havens such as spas and derm clinics, and is apparently recommended by skin professionals. It's a brand developed by IDI or The International Dermal Institute Here's a little background about the group taken from dermalogica.com:

While the Dermalogica story begins in 1986, the force of change in the industry started in Los Angeles, circa 1983. Jane Wurwand, a tenured, United Kingdom-trained skin therapist new to the American "esthetician" industry, recognized that continuing skin and body therapy education was practically non-existent in the United States. While her training had been comprehensive and serious, US students entered the industry licensed yet under-trained, and worse, under-respected.
Jane put her education in action, opening a small classroom in Marina del Rey, California under the name The International Dermal Institute (IDI). She invited licensed skin therapists to get hands-on with the postgraduate training so critical to making them competitive in the business. Today, IDI is considered the international gold-standard for postgraduate skin and body therapy training with 37 locations worldwide.

Jane developed Dermalogica out of the realization that there are no makeup and skin care products that jived with IDI's philosophy and that is skin health first before beauty- if skin is in its optimum condition, beauty follows effortlessly. In 1986, Dermalogica started rolling out in IDI and now, it is present in over 80 countries across the globe. Still manufactured in the IDI labs in Southern California to ensure quality control, Dermalogica is guaranteed free of common irritants such as alcohol, lanolin, and artificial colorants and fragrances.
Makeup is a vital part of every woman's daily skin preparation, thus they've launched two new base products, the Sheer Tint and Cover Tint to complement a Dermalogica skin routine, and to simply cater to women who want something more out of their foundation.
