My Picks From Goods.ph + Shop for groceries online? Why not!

I've read a Social Media study that says 80% of people prefer buying online what they see online, and this makes Online Shopping one of the fastest growing business platforms to date. I'm part of the 80% because I love the Internet, I've been an online shopper for roughly 10 years or so now (I was part of the Multiply generation. :D) and basically, I have very, very minimal time nowadays to drop by a mall. Sometimes, I wish I could do online grocery shopping too because this is one of my weekend tasks, and there are times wherein I just want to spend the rest of my precious weekend on the bed with my cat and dog. :D But thank heavens for Goods.ph, I can finally bond more often with my pets, family, and even lend a hand around the house because it allows everyone to shop for groceries online and have it delivered to our doorstep! How easy! Click READ MORE to know how that works!

Basically Goods.ph is one of the newest E-Commerce sites in the country. It's a local company and I blogged about their Typhoon Yolanda/Haiyan effort a few months back. In a nutshell, they sell consigned lifestyle, home, gadgets, appliances, and grocery goods. Just go to the site, shop away, pay for your purchase, and wait for your orders to arrive. That's it! Goods.ph is also the first and only e-commerce site that offers groceries.

They also have a lot of payment options. Take a look:

Bank/Wire Transfers: Unionbank, BDO, BPI, GCash SmartMoney

Credit Cards

Cash On Delivery

Now here's what I'm talking about. For the Grocery section, they have Cleaning products, baby products, batteries, canned goods, beverages, dairy, snacks, condiments, sauces, laundry products, noodles, kitchen needs, breakfast goods, and noodles. They only offer food products with long shelf life though (no perishable items such as vegetables, poultry, meat, cold cuts, bread, and fish), but they're definitely good as emergency stocks and besides, they're basic household needs. Delivery takes 3 days around Metro Manila. If you're going to have a busy weekend or if you're going to be away for a few days, you can plan ahead and shop for a few groceries through Goods.ph so you don't have to worry about an empty cupboard during the weekend. I just wish they'd include Pet Food in the selection soon. I think this will work for us because my mom prefers buying seafood, meat, poultry, and pork in the wet market near our place anyway because it's got the cheapest pricing around. :)

They also have appliances if you want to spruce up your kitchen. If you want to join the Juicing trend, they have Juicers too! It's a good investment and it's much cheaper than subscribing to Juice companies.

I also love that they have books for children! Such a no-brainer gift to give to my nieces, godchildren, and cousins. I love giving books to kids because I want them to grow up appreciating this tradition. I also use books to entertain them because I want to train their imagination and it encourages interaction between the adult and the child. Hmmm...I think I'll be a good parent haha!

They also have special items like this super cute Panda bag. I think the kiddie books will look good inside this bag! :D

So those are my top picks from Goods.ph. They have more so if you want a super complete online shopping experience, just visit their OFFICIAL WEBSITE. Customer Service Hotline is 254-0197.

  4. I've dabbled in online shopping, but a lot of the things I buy are still best physically tested in-store. Particularly makeup. But for tried and tested products that you are more-or-less familiar with in terms of prices, nothing beats online shopping convenience. Love the free shipping offers, too!
