Stress Reliever: Mindifi App

I shared in my January Favorites blog post that I was stressed out big time by work. Thank God for Mindifi App, I was able to bounce back to my sunny, happy state in a jiffy. Bottomline, the Mindifi App promotes meditation based on the principles Law of Attraction. (I’m a huge believer of this) Whether you’re a Catholic, Muslim, Agnostic, Atheist, Born Again, or what have you, you can benefit from meditation because not only it has spiritual benefits, it has great therapeutic effects as well. For one, meditation lowers emotional stress, which is the starting point of all diseases. It also helps you relax, which is very beneficial to your muscles too. Mindifi is a set of guided meditation tracks-you just find a quiet place where you can’t be disturbed, a comfortable lying down or sitting position, a pair of headphones, and you’re good to go.

Mindifi app can be downloaded for free, initially and you have access to one of its meditations, The Law of Attraction. I enjoyed it a lot so I decided to purchase the rest for $65+ (got it on sale from $90) and used my Gcash AMEX Virtual Pay to buy the package. I got around 9 additional meditation tracks, and my favorites are Upward Spiral (helps you feel happier and more positive) and Attract Money (helps you create a positive outlook about money).

So I suggest you try it because it worked immensely for me. $65 may be a bit too much for an app, but it’s definitely better than spending thousands and thousands of pesos on medicine and hospital bills!

3 Lovely Thoughts

  1. I wanna try to download that app Ms. M! Parang super nakakarelieve ng stress. I love the concept, hope it works for me too. :) Thank you for sharing! May nalaman uli akong new from the beauty junkee!

  2. Sayang walang free! I do listen to meditation guides sa youtube ang dami :) Pero nice yang mindifi ha ma-try nga.

    Thanks for sharing!

  3. Are these like affirmations?

I believe in the Laws of Attraction as well. It's actually quite logical that you subconsciously act towards achieving what you desire if you desire it enough. Hmm... It's worked well for me so far, and I'm surprised that a lot of the things I've always said I wanted to do somehow came to me through various opportunities. :)

It's partly about wanting it bad enough, and partly about recognizing the opportunity when it arrives.
