Helloooooo my sweet, sweet readers! I bet you'll love today's FMF post because it will be UTTERLY useful for everyone this rainy season. :D Question is by Pam and she asks:

Hi The Beauty Junkee!
Can you recommend some good waterproof makeup products? It's the rainy season already and I commute to work so I def need a tried and tested list of these so I won't be too worried about my makeup if in case I get soaked in the rain. Thanks in advance!
Pam

Hi Pam!

Lovely question! You've totally asked the right person because I am an avid fan of waterproof makeups. Even if they're a little tough to remove, I don't mind as long as they don't fade, smear, streak, or cake during wear! I'll also suggest SPEND and SAVE products in this post so you'll have more options. Click READ MORE for the list!

BEST WATERPROOF MASCARA

- This mascara can even withstand sweat, oil, and saltwater so trust me, rain would be no match for this awesome product. It's my HG when it comes to luxury mascara!

SAVE: MAYBELLINE VOLUM EXPRESS HYPERCURL

- Maybelline is one of the legit and affordable waterproof mascara brands and Volum Express Hypercurl in particular is my go-to budget- friendly waterproof mascara when I don't have the budget for Lancome!

BEST WATERPROOF EYELINER

SPEND: BENEFIT THEY'RE REAL PUSH- UP LINER

- This innovative automatic cake liner is totally waterproof and sweat- proof.

- This product still remains as my well- loved drugstore eyeliner. It's sweat- proof, albeit it smudges for a teeny bit on oily lids. Nevertheless, it's good for its price!

BEST MULTI-PURPOSE PRODUCT

SPEND: BENEFIT LIP AND CHEEK TINTS (POSIE TINT, BENETINT, CHA CHA TINT, LOLLITINT)

- It's still the best lip and cheek tint brand in my opinion because it provides an all- day, fresh, natural flush to my complexion that's VERY fade- resistant!

- These blendable and long- lasting tints give you a natural flush, although they stain the fingers.

BEST WATERPROOF BROW PRODUCT

- Mom and I's favorite because it stays put even in corrosive saltwater and chlorinated water!

- This creamy automatic pencil liner is so pigmented and it dries into a lovely finish. It fades gradually if it gets soaked in water or sweat for a long time, but at least it doesn't smear.

BEST WATERPROOF FOUNDATION

- THE BEST waterproof foundation I have ever used. Read my review for a testimonial!

- This cement- like foundation stays vibrant and true the whole day, but it feels so flexible and comfortable on the skin. ;)

  1. I have tried the Benefit tints and they are indeed waterproof, you need to use a make up remover to remove it. Liquid liners from The Face shop are also great products for that eyeliner that won't budge.

  4. These suggestions will definitely help us be equipped for the rainy season. Thank youu! I really have to get myself one of those Benefit tints. I will definitely make a lot of use out of it since it's both summer and rainy season friendly. :)

  5. I bought the Revlon Whipped Creme Foundation yesterday. While I love how it feels and stays put, I had a hard time choosing because the shade selection is too fair. I got Warm Golden, thinking that I could make it work. But I was wrong. I wish they had yellow-toned shades available here!

BrownOso: True! That's my issue with them too. :p
