THE VERDICT:

Friends come and friends go, but at least my eyeliner stays haha! This is what I've proven lately with Happy Skin's Eye Am Here To Stay 24h Gel Pencil, these buttery soft pencil liners that stick on despite sweat and humidity. Eye am in love! :)

HAPPY SKIN EYE AM HERE TO STAY 24-H GEL PENCIL EYELINER IN PEPPERMINT AND CHIC BROWN IN DETAIL

More about this high quality and affordable eyeliner after the break!

I got two shades, Peppermint and Chic Brown.

These automatic pencils come with their very own sharpeners that you can use if ever the tip of the liners get dull or if ever they snap off accidentally.

Of course you can use it with other pencil eyeliners too as long as they fit in the hole!

Chic Brown is a soft brown shade and Peppermint is a bright mint shade. Pigmentation is medium to heavy and texture is ultra soft and creamy that I think it will suit even those with sensitive skin on the lids (although I'm not sure if formula is suitable for this skin type) and with heavy hands, and I love how it glides on effortlessly and evenly. Despite its soft texture, the pencils feel very solid and you won't feel as if they're gonna snap off anytime. However, since I mentioned they're creamy, do not store them in warm areas nor leave 'em inside a car parked under the sun or else, they'll melt. The quality of these pencils is very comparable to Eye Of Horus and MAC Pearlglide Intense.

HAPPY SKIN EYE AM HERE TO STAY 24-H GEL PENCIL EYELINER IN PEPPERMINT AND CHIC BROWN IN ACTION

Chic Brown is perfect for an all- natural definition, especially those with alabaster and fair skin tones.

Peppermint is a huge favorite amongst many beauty bloggers because it's a universal mint shade that brightens peepers in a snap and helps cancel out redness around the eyes too. Others love using it on their waterlines to open up the eyes, but I prefer using it on my upper lash line to make me look fresh. :)

Staying power is pretty good as it stays put for at least 6 hours without fading, running, and creasing, but on very hot days when my lids are excreting so much oil, it transfers for a bit on the above crease area of my eyes, but smudging ain't that bad. It's a high quality eyeliner with a justified price, and it's probably the best local eyeliner product I have ever used!

  1. Before I read the whole post, i was wondering if it can be comparable to the Eye of Horus. And thank you for mentioning it here. Mint for brightening the eye area, can light pink be used as alternative?

  10. How you used the peppermint liner is one of the trends in Korean makeup. They usually don't use eyeshadow, just a pop of bright color above the black eyeliner will do :) Have tried the peppermint on your waterline? Does it look better than white eyeliner? Please let us know what you think! :) Thanks! <3 xoxo

  13. Kim: thank you! :D

Majorie: If you find one, of course! Just opt for something that's pastel and almost white already because Pink may make your eyes look red. :)

    Jen: mine too! :D

Patty: In my opinion, it's a cool alternative to cream liner and a not-so-stark alternative to white eyeliner, but I find that it doesn't look good on all skin tones. :)

    Matromao: exactly. :)

Betsy, Raisie, Carmela, and Jolly: indeed!

Sincere and books online: I wanna try that product! :)
