I don't know about you, but I actually like lip plumpers that yield a mild stinging sensation to the lips. Because it's unique, it's different, it works, and it's fun. This is why my heart went "Awww!" when DuWop finally said goodbye to the Philippine market--this brand and their then-famous Lip Venom started it all for me. I loved everything about Lip Venom: the minty-cinnamon taste, the subtle glitter, the light, long- wearing, and moisture- infusing formula, plus my then- favorite Hollywood star Lindsay Lohan was a huge fan of the product, too.
POP Beauty's been filling in the empty spot that Lip Venom left in my heart nowadays. It's a lip plumper that yields the minty, plumping sensation that I love and I realized, it's even better than DuWop's because it acts as a lipstick at the same time as well.

The best thing about POP Beauty Plump Pout is it comes in an incredibly thin tube. It's so cute, so lightweight, and so handy, and it can slip right into your back pocket.
Here's the applicator: It's not doe foot, but rather paddle- shaped. It does the job, it does the job.
POP BEAUTY PLUMP POUT LIQUID LIPSTICK STAIN IN HONEY ROSE IN ACTION
Honey Rose is a warm Rose shade. No undertone whatsoever. Plump Pout feels like a gloss, but with a tad bit thicker consistency. It's smooth, doesn't feel heavy and sticky, and pigmentation is medium to heavy. I like that it yields a pretty even payoff on the lips. As for the stinging sensation, it's mild and bearable-DuWop yields a stronger sting than this one.
Honey Rose is an everyday shade-I actually find it to be quite versatile as it looks good on almost all skin tones and with almost all kinds of eye makeup looks. It has a sheer, moisturizing texture and it does not leave my lips dry, although it is not long- wearing as advertised. Btw, it's in the same price range as DuWop.
It's novelty makeup and I won't say that it's a must- have-try it if you are a fan of DuWop and you're actually looking for a lip gloss that will plump your lips, and don't mind the stinging sensation. I'm just happy to own a lip plumper again! ;)
