Dove Deo, Now In A New, Endearing Scent

I think I can never outgrow the scent of powder or anything clean, soft, and 'white' for that matter. It's a scent that always takes me home. It's a scent that comforts me, like having my mother in sight. It's a scent that summarizes all my childhood memories in one go!

It's cool that Dove is introducing my fave deo in this scent! Introducing Dove Powder Soft!

Same old formula, brand new scent. Dove Powder Soft features a comforting blend of Peony, Amber, and Sandalwood complemented by a soft, talcum finish. Powder Soft comes in the classic roll- on (P95.00) and aerosol spray variants (P169.00).

We also did a couple of activities that celebrated Dove's new endearing scent. We personalized mini throw pillows and here's what I came up with; I wanted to come up with a brocade- inspired design, but ended up drawing a simple M because that's what being stuck in traffic for 2.5 hours does to you. :p Thankfully, this event was so soothing and took away all the negative vibes!

You can now purchase Dove Deo Powder Soft in all leading drugstores, department stores, and supermarkets. Visit DOVE PHILIPPINES on Facebook for more information on this product.

  1. I generally like Dove products. I like their soaps and their hair products but I haven't tried their deodorants for a long time now! I've been using tawas and I'm quite pleased with it but I'll still check this out, smell it if I can and maybe even recommend it to my sister! She loves the aerosol type so she might one to get this. Thanks for this post! :)

  2. I also love powdery scent. That's why I also go back to deo kapag mejo naoverwhelm na ko sa scent ng nivea. Plus it is indeed smoother sa underarm. Will definitely try this one!

  3. I heard that using deo will make armpits dark. This is the reason why I still don't wear deodorants (I don't think I smell bad naman). Is it true?

    1. Yes, it's true, but that, I think, depends on the product-skin chemistry. :) Those with sensitive skin are more prone to this problem.

  4. I would buy it because it's pink. Hahahahahaha! I've had a good experience with Dove deodorants. They keep my underarms dry all day, although they're a bit hard to remove in the shower.

    1. Me too! Regarding the hard removal, never experienced that though. I use the liquid version always; haven't tried the stick and aerosol spray yet. :)

  5. Pink! I also love Dove products- they're mild, gentle and smells good too! Like you Miss M, anything that smells like powder reminds me of good old childhood days (prolly all of us who grew up with powder!). Gotta try the spray deo since roll-ons turn me off and they tend to darken the pits, right?

  6. I'm using Dove Pure deodorant. It's unscented. Strong scented deos when mixed with sweat tend to produce funky smell on my pits so i opted for unscented ones. Since this new variant has a gentle powder scent, I might as well try this when I empty out my current deodorant.

  7. Love the pink packaging. This smells really good! Relaxing para sakin ang smell. Currently using the aerosol spray, super love it:) when it comes to deo, I don't like using roll-on.

  9. I'm not into deos and only use alum until last June. Out of an array of choices, I've also chosen Dove in cucumber scent. Now, I will definitely try this new powdery scent esp because I'm into dainty dreamy stuff! Thanks for sharing! ~ Starr

  10. I love powder scents! They smell so fresh and the scent keeps me calm. I wonder if this deo causes yellowing? I've been switching to different brands of deos because of this and I wonder if this has to do with the product or just me, because I sweat excessively.
