I had an insightful conversation with a Beauty Blogger friend in one of the events I attended yesterday. I mused about a lip product that probably needs a faith that can move mountains to be removed completely from the lips and everyone started throwing their similar experiences to the table while we enjoyed our bowl of Ramen on a cold, rainy day. I don't know how the conversation got here, but one said this and it stayed with me "I feel that we are at the age where we want no- fuss makeup just because we don't have to prove anything to anyone anymore!"
Damn right. I can't believe I'm saying this, but I think I'm at the point in my life wherein I just want to stick to the makeup style that works for me. Because I've already used everything, swatched everything, tried everything, and now I'm about to settle with what matters the most; Still open to trying out new stuff though, but I think that's already my end goal. :D
Well here's one of the products that fits my minimalist makeup goals: Yadah Good Bye Smudge; It comes on and comes off quickly, and doesn't hurt my eyelids. Simple and easy!
YADAH GOODBYE SMUDGE EYELINER IN DETAIL
Yadah says that this eyeliner has a waterproof, no- smudge, Paraben- free formula and features a soft, easy gliding texture and comes in 5 colors.
Kewl! Yadah comes with its own sharpener and by the way, this eyeliner is in an automatic pen format.
So I got the following colors: Rich Gold, Real Black, and Romantic Brown (what is romantic about brown?) These guys are smooth, creamy, gets on the skin quickly, dries into a matte finish and feel. Impressively lightweight, absolutely pigmented. I struggled to get these swatches off my hand with a makeup remover so that gives you an idea of this product's staying power.
YADAH GOODBYE SMUDGE EYELINER IN ACTION
Real Black on upper lashes, Romantic Brown on lower lashes, and Rich Gold on tear duct
The liners have a soft texture that melts when it touches the skin, but the product itself doesn't feel vulnerable to a meltdown. When I took this product on a spin, it smudged for a wee bit, but it was barely noticeable (I have very oily lids). The creamy consistency makes this product easy to blend, therefore it can be used as a base for eyeshadows. When it comes to removal, this product will just come off on your cotton pad faster than you can imagine.
Easy on, easy off. Yep, that Yadah Goodbye Smudge Eyeliner. Perfect for ladies who just want a straightforward eyeliner.
