THE VERDICT:
The first J.Cat Beauty product that drew me in is this, Love Struck blush because it resonated with the cat mama in me. The sleek, cat image on the blush is just so purrty! Mind you, this blush is not just pretty, but is hell pigmented too. Check out the swatches!
WHAT IS IT:
Love Struck is a blush/bronzer combination. It features two complementing blush and bronzer colors, and the hand- stamped cat contains minerals that add healthy shimmer to the skin.
Ingredients
Yass mama! Look at that pretty hand- stamped cat! The mineral shimmer is an overspray though and comes off after a few uses.
L-R: Pudding Pop shimmer part, Pudding Pop matte part, Pudding Pop matte + shimmer parts
Honey Bunches shimmer part, Honey Bunches Matte part, Honey bunches matte + shimmer parts
The blushes are pretty smooth and pigmented; when swirled together, they create a semi- shimmer finish. How's the pigmentation, you ask? The swatches speak for themselves!
HOW IS IT? HOW DOES IT LOOK LIKE?
Pudding Pop
Pudding Pop is a deep rose berry combination; definitely perfect for dark skin; a small amount is good enough to add warmth to medium and morena skin. I won't recommend this to very fair skin though as it may come out a bit muddy- looking.
Honey Bunches
Honey Bunches is a peachy pink combo. It's the most versatile shade as it looks good across all skin tones.
All products have decent wear time and you only need a tiny amount to make the colors pop on your skin so my advise is find a shade that's suitable for your skin tone and taste because if you pick up a shade that looks pretty off for your skin tone, it will really show just because it's very pigmented; they're so pigmented that they can double as an eyeshadow too!
Overall, I'm happy with these blushes because of the quality, packaging, and it's P299 only!

ReplyDeleteWhen I first saw this on your blogpost featuring Jcat, I already fell in love with the packaging..it was love at first sight. I love cats too. But knowing that it was pretty pigmeneted for a blush is plus. I would love to have this blush its cheap and it will be matipid to use 'coz I will only need a few swipe to give me rosy cheeks.
