Why You Should Attend this year's Woman Up 2017

One of my favorite avenues of learning is listening to real stories by real people; I've always believed that experience is the greatest teacher and through real life stories, I learn better.

Let us learn better through life stories this Saturday.

Harvard Undergraduate Women in Business together with Campus Ambassadors of the Intercollegiate Business Convention has organized WOMAN UP, a series of talks by some of the inspiring and successful women in various industries.

Here's the complete line up of speakers:

Advertising maven and Brand Consultant, Matec Villanueva, will talk about breaking stereotypes.

Body Positivity advocates, Bloggers Danah and Stacy Gutierrez will tackle body issues and how we can  deal with them in a positive light.

Dr. Gia Sison will discuss the responsible use of technology in health care.

Leanne Espina will talk about how empowering sports can be for women.

Celebrity Bianca Gonzales will discuss using media as a positive force in society.

Model and Miss International 2017, Katarina Rodriguez, will tackle how beauty and advocacy can come together.

Woman Up 2017 will be at UP College of Engineering, from 9am to 5pm. Visit WOMAN UP on Facebook for more information and to inquire about slots.
