Hong Kong-Macau Hauls!

I've received a couple of messages on Facebook asking why I haven't been posting a lot lately. July's been very busy as I've been traveling a lot. Ack! I know, I'm such a bad blogger because I haven't been consistent; I just moved to our permanent home this month as well and have been fixing and finishing stuff ever since; add to that my work, trips, business, and wifey duties equals madness. Please bear with me, we'll be back to regular programming very soon! I'm actually finishing up my dresser and condo so I can tour you guys around! :)

Today, let me show you my hauls from my recent Hong Kong-Macau trip with my family, husband side. My last trip to Hong Kong was around 4 years ago; the city hasn't changed that much, but still, it's crazy beautiful! It was also my first time in Macau! I'll blog about my 1-day trip to Macau soon!

Onto the hauls!

Of course, makeup is part of the list. First, the luxury makeup hauls.

I learned that there is Charlotte Tilbury in Hong Kong. Good thing there was CT at Lane Crawford Harbour City, which is just beside our hotel in Hong Kong. I picked up the famous Airbrush Flawless Finish Pressed Powder and Matte Revolution Lipstick in Bond Girl, plus Swish Pop Blusher in Sex on Fire.

I went to Causeway Bay for Anna Sui at Sogo Department Store. I picked up a bottle of their Liquid Foundation because I loved the consistency and coverage.

Finally, affordable makeup hauls. I visited Bonjour and Sasa and purchased the following: Pond's BB Powder so I can see what the hype is all about. Kose Softymo Deep Cleansing Oil because this one is affordable yet effective, and Heroine Volume and Curl mascara. I got a free sheet mask for my purchase!

I didn't shop that much in Macau; I just bought a Pork Jerky pack and cookie set from Choi Heong Yuen bakery at The Venezian Macau.

After Macau, we went back to Hong Kong and stayed for one more day before our flight back to Manila. I saw that there was a Bao Bao by Issey Miyake boutique in Harbour City, which is dedicated to retailing the famous Bao Bao bags. The Bao Bao bag is one of my dream bags and I've been lemming for it for years! I simply love how unique, recognizable, and creative the bag is. I also have a thing for shapes and figures, and maybe this is why this bag appeals so much to me. The Bao Bao bag is quite hard to acquire due to demand, but since the branch in Harbour City had stocks of the classic Prism tote, I had to get one! And I was so lucky because I got it in my preferred color, White!

That's it; no more luxury bags for me in the next 1 or 2 years lol!

Those are my HK-Macau hauls!
