THE VERDICT:

Well, this is probably one of the greatest deals I've scored via ebay. I've been looking for an alternative to my MAC eyeshadow in Carbon and this came in at a perfect timing!

Black Tied is a matte eyeshadow with silver glimmer. It is in the velvet formula, which is one of my well- loved eyeshadow variants of MAC. Second is Satin then Frost.

Check out that the glitters come off when you apply this. It goes to show that the glitter does serve a purpose, and is not meant to make the eyeshadow as a mere eye candy. It adds dimension and drama to the classic black eyeshadow. It goes on smoothly, like velvet and is hell pigmented when applied, as compared to the matte variants that can tend to smoke out when you blend it.
