RESURRECTING MAC

As you all know, my clumsiness has caused great damage to my MAC Blot Powder around 3 weeks ago.

So in a conscious effort to save money and make the most out of this lovely powder, here's what I did.

I bought this jar yesterday in Rustan's essenses. Too bad it didn't have a sifter. I might go find another one with a sifter. On the left is my broken MAC Blot.

But at least the jar came with this spatula which aided me in hygienically crushing and transferring my MAC blot.

And here it is now. It's MAC LOOSE BLOT POWDER. LOL. I also took my Studio Fix in NC42, scraped the sides, crushed it, and mixed it with the blot powder so it'll have some color pay- off, since MAC Blot is translucent.

At least I managed to combine the oil- controlling power of MAC Blot and the lovely coverage of Studio Fix! :p

**I'm hating it because it's messy. But a sifter can do the trick.

I SWEAR I'LL TAKE CARE OF MY FACE POWDERS NEXT TIME!

    good thing you saved it. I just broke my newly bought barbie palette. I accidentally dropped it last saturday, I just blogged about the palette Friday. I havent used it yet and its a mess. On the brighter side atleast the palette is refillable and I didnt break the mirror. But I am still in pain, because I love the colors :(

    Kim: oo eh. tapos hinaluan ko pa ng studio fix di naging MAC LOOSE BLOT POWDER (NC42) LOL

    Charry: Awww... that sucks... hmm...Try searching on the net on how to do the alcohol method in pressing broken eyeshadows. I did the method on this and it just turned solid like a rock hahaha. I guess it just works on eyeshadows :)
