Elie Saab Le Parfum: The Grand Launch

 Elie Saab is one of the many icons in the fashion industry. His innate talent and genuine love for fashion design has catapulted his fashion label from his humble boutique in Beirut, to the biggest runway shows and even to the red carpet. Saab's signature style is all about the magnification of femininity: He mixes ornate, sheer, and flowy fabrics and embroidery to create dreamy masterpieces--Masterpieces that glorify women. He pays strict attention to detail, making sure that every creation is as unique as the woman wearing it.

 The Creation: Elie Saab was never the one to settle for mediocrity.  He did not simply want to churn out an ordinary designer fragrance that will just excite the senses---He wanted an essential fragrance that would embody the brand and women. He has commissioned top perfumer, Francis Kurkdjian, and well- known bottle designer, Sylvie De France to create a fragrance that is uniquely feminine and uniquely Elie Saab. After two, painstaking years of creation, The house of Elie Saab has finally released its first fragrance: Elie Saab Le Parfum

   The Inspiration: The fragrance is a reflection of the house of Elie Saab: Ethereal haute couture gowns and a tradition of excellent artistry.

 The Bottle: Under the guidance of Elie Saab and in the tradition of fine perfumery, Le Parfum's exquisite, crystal- like flacon radiates light in all angles, expressing the preciousness of femininity. Its prismatic structure is inspired by Saab's precision and accuracy in everything he does.

  The Fragrance: Le Parfum is a splendid portrayal of light, of beauty, and of radiant femininity. It is a golden elixir composed of Orange Blossom, Jasmine Absolute, Rose Honey, Cedar, and Patchouli.

"I did not have images, I had sensations--It was the sensation of femininity: of colors, of brightness. I felt I had to translate a brilliant femininity. It was when the sun was almost cold or even white. It's called Noor--it means light in Arabic. It's both white and colorful as if gold was glowing so brightly as it was almost white."
