Getting Real with Watsons Switch and Save

Our economy is doing good-well at least that's the last thing I learned from the news. Okay, let's put it this way: It's good. Due to this, the spending habits of Filipinos have grown for the past 4 years and this is why more and more brands are starting to hit our country. While it's tempting to splurge just because our economy's going towards a more favored direction, we have to bear in mind that it's just like the stocks: It rises and falls-quickly and without warning.

To get through the economy's unpredictable tide, we gotta ride this surfboard called wise spending in order to make it through alive. However, wise spending doesn't exactly mean that you should live a sad, unrewarded life, but rather looking for budget- friendly alternatives without sacrificing quality. Keep your big goals, substitute the small ones. Best example would be toiletries. In my case, I spend a minimum of P3,000.00/month on basic toiletries such as toilet paper, facial tissue, mouthwash, supplements, toothpaste, deodorant, body wash, soap, facial wash, feminine wash, and the likes. If multiplied by 12 months, that's P36,000.00-Jeezaz, that's a downpayment for an entry- level car already!

Thankfully, there's Watsons. No kidding, go to my house and you'll see that most of our basic toiletries are by Watsons brand. How could you resist the 1000ml, buy-one-take-one goodies such as mouthwash, body wash, liquid hand soap, facial cotton, and facial tissue? Through these, I think I was able to cut down my vain expenses by P10,000.00 last year. Now that amount can get me through 3 weeks of living my daily life peacefully!

Watsons once again reminds everyone to SWITCH AND SAVE or better yet, to be wise. Because living in the brighter days does not mean living lavishly, but making the most out of it. Switch and Save Brand Ambassadors are knocking again on our heads, telling us that we don't have to sacrifice quality along with the cost-this year, Watsons also launches two new members of the SS family namely Iya Villania and Mikael Daez.

Here's a comparison photo showing how much you can save by going for a Watsons product. My brother uses mouthwash like he would use water so thank goodness for the buy-1-take-1 Watsons Mouthwash!

Real people are also starting to join the SWITCH AND SAVE movement!

This reminds me, we are running out of liquid hand soap so I gotta get me some later!

  2. For products we use all the time (esp. tissue!) I like finding inexpensive alternatives. I get better deals on TP from mega grocery chains but the soap here is AWESOME.
