Actually, I have many favorites on your post but this one "FAN MAIL FRIDAYS: Derm Clinics To Try" got into me. The truth is I have the same question about going to Derm Clinics. I want to try some facial but I'm afraid because I heard that it does not go well. Some of them had breakouts after facials. I also don't know if where is the best clinic should I go. Glad you had post this. I must try the Bench Skin Expert.

The Oily Bible posts are really the best! But if I have to choose which post is my most favorite out of the three, it's definitely the part 1 where you talked about skin care. I've been suffering from acne and super oily skin since college. And this post helped me find my HG facial cleanser and have been using it religiously since then (Yves Rocher Pure System Daily Exfoliating Cleanser). I tried some of your suggestions in your post and most of them are great products. It's just that the Yves Rocher one was the most effective on my face in controlling oil and acne. Now, you'll see a HUGE difference on my face from before I used the product. Thanks a lot for narrowing down the products for your readers to try. I'm always looking forward to your posts, whether it be OOTD, favorites, and reviews. I know you'll never get tired of writing because I see your passion in sharing your thoughts and blogging. My favorite is the "The Truth About Slimming Pills". I even commented on that a few months back even though it was an old post. It's my favorite not because it is your top story, but because it really hit me. I've been into slimming pills and slimming coffees before. Even though I've seen on the news and read on the internet that they are banned, I was still taking them. Somehow, it did make me look slimmer albeit being the same weight. But I noticed I felt like I had bad breath because of the cottony feel on my tongue. But I never knew of anybody dying or having a severe health deterioration because of taking those banned products. Only on your post did I know of something like that. It hits us when it's someone close to us, or even just someone we know. I eventually stopped taking them because my husband told me that it wasn't good for my health anymore. I decided to love my body and be healthy. I'm so glad I did.

Answer to the question "What's your most favorite post by The Beauty Junkee?": that would be the delaying gratification and saving before splurging. It serves as my motivation to start saving and stops me from impulse buying. Now, whenerver I want something, i always tell myself: "remember Delaying Gratification? (i'm talking about that post and not just the word itself) y'know it's more fulfilling if you wait and save" and that usually works. :)

Your review of Koh Gen Do Maifanshi Moisture Foundation... When KGD foundie went on sale in Beauty Bar, I wanted to research first if the products were really worth it before taking the plunge. After all, even on sale, their stuff is still expensive especially on the fresh grad's budget. Reading your review helped make up my mind. I actually ended up getting the Aqua Foundation instead because it had the biggest price reduction, but the good qualities you named for KGD Moisture foundation (such as healthy glow, photo-friendly, etc.) were also applicable to the Aqua version, with the only difference being the heavier/more opaque coverage of Moisture. I am totally happy with what I got and am even guilty of purchasing another bottle of my precious Aqua foundie as a backup. Hehe.

I've finally made peace with the fact that I should only settle for what I need and to make the most out of what I have.
I have always had this post remembered whenever I get to shop on clothes, bags etc. Really It did help me Marts in controlling myself and avoid impulsive buying. Last year there are so many times that I ended up with an empty wallet. Few of the tips you’ve given on your post says that ONE WORD; PLAIN. Yes, It is. You can never go wrong with plain or bold colors, having that on your closet can take you an extra mile with your outfit/s. You just have to be creative and learn to experiment. Second is the “Picture it first, Feel it first. There are so many instance that after buying clothes online I ended up being disappointed because it doesn’t good look on me. Taking time to imagine yourself wearing the dress or the top and if I think I can rock it, then ill buy it. I would spend hours strolling shops and trying and fitting clothes for a few times before I actually purchase it.

my ultimate favorite post is your eye makeup tutorial. when i was starting to be fascinated with makeup i was totally clueless how to combine and use the colors. all i did before was to use one color only (for fear that i would look hilarious if i will use so many colors) and apply it to my lids, but after reading your blog, i learned how to do eye makeup properly and now i can mix and match colors without inhibitions :D thank you so much TBJ! much love!

Answer to the question "What's your most favorite post by The Beauty Junkee?": I have been an anonymous reader for three years now, comments once in a while, but I am always excited with makeup related posts. What I really like was the Hit List 2013 post. It presented brands that I dream of having (some I already have) but still wants them. Its the ultimate list of makeup especially for morena girls like us. I also come back to the basic makeup that gave ideas for a commuter, for the air-conditioned student and (I forgot the other one..means these two had great impact on me). I always discover what's new in store here in the Ph. I never experienced buying not-so-good makeup because of your blog. This is also my third time joining your Anniversarry giveaway. - My most favorite post would be the basic makeup with the junkee, the tutorial really helps me a lot lalo na yung mga technique sa eyebrows and sa eyeshadows. I love watching youtube gurus doing their makeup but i wanted to be more detailed to really understand, gustong gusto ko ng bumili ng book that day but then I saw your post.Really helpful and easy to follow tlaga at hindi lang yun, nakatipid pa when you buy a book from bookstore ;) nandun na kasi lahat ng basic tutorial naka compiled na so click nlng ng click! Again, thank you for sharing ate martha, nakatulong talaga siya lalo na sa mga college student like me or sa mga hindi maka afford ng makeup workshop (again, like me haha)

I can relate to this eye-opener post of yours because I was also taking those slippming pills (Bangkok, Zhen De Zhou, Ballerina etc.) before. I must say, talagang ang bilis ng pagpayat ko sa mga yon, pero medyo na-dry talaga ang skin ko plus the fact na I always have palpitations, the reason why I was admitted to the hospital before. The doctor told me to stop those pills that I'm taking although I was admitted because of dehydration. I was always inside the toilet kahit walang wala na talaga and sobrang nanghina ang katawan ko that time. When I read your post, I agreed with everything you said and buti na lang talaga nahinto na yang mga ganyan ngayong panahon na to! I'm thankful now to fiber supplements, health shakes and proper diet and exercise! Happy 5th Blog Anniversary to you Ms.Martha! May you continue to inspire us your readers! :D

This skin condition has plagued me throughout life and when I read your posts last year I realized there really were products meant for oily skin and so ever since I've always used the correct products and my skin has never been happier. I must admit it was a challenge to look for them especially where I'm from but thank goodness for online shopping!

My favorite post by The Beauty Junkee: I love all the lipstick posts. They always tempt me to get more lipsticks even when I already have A LOT, and Martha's lips are just so full and pretty. If I had to pick just one, though, it would be her post on the Avon Totally Kissable lipsticks. I just love how Lacey Mauve looks on her, so always find myself checking TBJ for that specific post to keep myself from buying it. Haha! :)

What's your most favorite post by The Beauty Junkee? : Posts about foundations, powders, concealer, and eyeliners. I always check here before I buy new makeup stuffs because of the detailed review and most of time good for my skin type. :D My first time seeing this blog was when I was searching for a good eyeliner, then I saw the post on Revlon Colorstay eyeliner. It was such a good buy, and the pros of the review was true. Aside from the reviews, the makeup tips were such a heaven sent. My most favorite part of Beauty Junkee's Blog is the how-to's and tips and tricks. Specifically the post about how to make your eyeliner last longer by using the liner-shadow sealing technique. It's been very helpful especially when I do singing gigs and the lights are usually very warm so my eyeliner tends to stain on my eyelid. This has helped me to control that.

My most favorite post is about Mac russian red cause that is how I found ur blog. Answer to the question "What's your most favorite post by The Beauty Junkee?":
I have loved every post of yours about brows and my all-time favorite is the BROWS 101. If I have 5 minutes to do my make up, I'd gladly take 2 for my brows. I have been seriously addicted to grooming and shaping them. I feel barenaked when I don't groom them. They really frame the face, as for me it lessens the appearance of my huge forehead. Through that, I have learned that I shouldn't over pluck or shave because fuller brows makes me look younger. And I have influenced my mom to try grooming her brows even if they are spares. One day, she groomed and shaped them and WOW! It really does makes a difference, made my mom look younger. I might seem brow-addicted when I talk bout brows, that BROWS 101 post really changed how I look at the frames of the face. Until now, I still go back to that post whenever I need to refresh my memory. And might I just add that I love the FMF: 5 awesome waterproof brow products to fill in brows. I need to stop talking about brows, errrr.. ;))

OMG! Ms. Martha! You know how much we love and value your opinions and reviews all the way!! Can I say all? :) Eeppp.. But to be more specific, I really really love your "How to apply concealer + your concealer technique" :) Why? Because coz of this post, I learned a lot in putting make ups rightly! Before kase, I looked like zombie because of uneven application of the concealer. I am not really aware on how to put it right under my eye. I've been your avid reader since I discovered makeup and skincare (yes I'm that late bloomer haha) about 3 years ago (or more) I guess :) and since that, I became your fan especially on how you write and express your thoughts on your blog.
Back to the question on now my favorite post of yours, or should I say the post that really gotten my attention is entitled "Goodbye Blogging".. Yeah from the title itself, it really shocked the hell out of me haha! I was like WWHHY?? (are you going to get married? :p) and then I read the entire post, aaahhh.. hehe. I really admire you Ms. Martha, you blog not because of any benefits it will give you but to give your readers daily dose of informative and inspirational thoughts despite of your VERY BUSY schedule.. I also appreciate your feelings there with regards to your boyfriend whenever you're on a date (kinda relate) hehe. Yes it's a very good decision of yours to live your life the way you aren't going to stress yourself so that you also bring good vibes to us. No matter how much we love to do a thing, we also need to love ourselves so we can do it with full happiness.

One of the earliest articles on TBJ that I read is this guide on how to build a makeup kit. I found this guide to be very useful to a total beginner like me (well, years ago at least!). It gave me a great focus, and I wish I'd read something like this back when I was just a teen. It is articles like this that are pretty useful and helpful, and maybe it would have given me courage to start out with makeup a lot earlier!

That is my favorite post of yours because it's the very foundation of my trust to this blog. I admit I am obsessed with 'WOW' brows and I wish to have brows like Camilla Belle or Lily Collins (those perfectly thick eyebrows are too desirable!). So I tried to achieve that eyebrow look but I must say that it didn't fare well because of lack of knowledge on how to REALLY groom and shape my brows. Answer to the question "What's your most favorite post by The Beauty Junkee?": I enjoyed reading this post: L'Oreal Moist Matte Lipsticks Review because I can very much relate. I wanted to try on lippies that are moisturizing but at the same time matte. I am not a fan of glossy lipsticks, I don't know why, it seems that it makes my lips fuller. Plus, these lippies are just toned down, perfect for everyday wear.

My favorite post by The Beauty Junkee is How to be a Frugal Fashiobista. You are right, we don't have to spend much money just to be a fashionista. There are many ways to be a fashionista. Just like me, I already have kids and of course I need to prioritize them first before myself. and need to keep or save money in case of emergency. But I make sure that I still have time to pamper myself and if lucky enough to have extra money of course I pay myself a reward sometimes and buy clothes that I really wanted.

My most favorite post of you was the Hongkong Diary because it is my ultimate dream to travel to hongkong since i was a kid.. Super naeexcite ako pag my nababasa ako na mga post about Hongkong kc iniimagine ko na andun din ako.. Tinitingnan ko din ung mga place para if ever makapunta ako sa Hongkong kahit pano my idea ako hehe.. My nakuha akong tips sa post mo na mas makakasave pag mag-MRT and pwede akong makapagtravel all over Hong Kong by just riding the MTR.. Tatandaan ko yan, Thanks!!! i hope soon makapunta din ako sa Hongkong!
