Maybe you've seen or even worn it all--I mean, eye makeup looks. This holiday season, maybe you're wondering: "Is there any other way to dress up my eyes?" Yep, there still is and it's Benefit's Bling Brow.
Bling Brow is a smart, easy, and glamorous alternative to dramatic eye makeup or avant garde falsies to level up your look for the holidays.
The blinds are made from real Swarovski crystals and they come in various colors to compliment your skin tone, outfit, or eye color-choose from Rose Gold, Light Pink, Pink Multicolor, Greige (Grey and Beige), Green Multi Color, Crystal, Smoked Topaz, and Light Silk.
There are three styles to choose from: Touch O' Bling for understated glamour, Over-The-Top Bling for bold and edgy gals, and Big- Time Bling for those who like it unique and standout.
Bling Brow was officially welcomed in the Philippines by the Press and Bloggers at Le Jardin in BGC. Guests were treated to free brow wax treatments and of course, Bling Brow!
So which look did I go for? Click READ MORE to find out!
Benefit's International Spokesperson for Global Services, Jared Bailey, flew all the way from the U.S. to join us in the launch. In here, he's demonstrating brow grooming and shaping with the use of Benefit Brow Zings, one of Benefit's most popular products.
After the demo by Jared, I helped myself with these Blings!
So this is the look I went for and it's not part of Benefit's Bling Brow looks haha! I call this look "Three's A Crowd" (lol go figure). It's basically Touch O' Bling, but re-organized according to my preferences. I put a bling on my nose too-if you noticed-as I've always been fantasizing about having a nose pierce, but I could not take the fact that my skin has to be drilled for it. The "nose pierce" kinda' looks like dirt here, but I'm just showing you guys one of the many ways you can wear Bling Brow: wear it across your eye lids, your brows, or your face-anything goes! The Blings' got a tacky base so you can re-use 'em, although the tackiness will disappear overtime. My suggestion is you keep the blings (because they're real Swarovski crystals, after all) and stick those tapes with two tacky sides on 'em (what do you call those things?) in your next use.
Just got bling-ed!

I like the touch o bling the most! :) I also like the over the top bling but just half of it, bot the whole eyebrow length. Get it? Haha. This is a really new concept ha. I saw it na once sa benefit rustan's shangrila. I thought type lang ni ateng magganun. Yun pala yun na yung bagong service ng benefit. :D Ang ganda. I wonder how much is it. :) It looks expensive eh. haha
ReplyDeleteI think this would be a great addition to makeup for events at night, if you're into bars and clubs. As for me (since I'm a homebody) I think I'd only get to use this for costume parties. So I guess it's safe to go with bigtime bling since costume parties usually have no limits! :)

ReplyDeleteJastine: Hello and welcome to my blog! :) Yup, it's really nice when it's on your brows already! :)
ReplyDeleteMatromao- true! :D
Julia and Abegaill: Not sure how much this service costs though, but yeah, I feel that it costs a pretty penny because the stones are real crystals! :)
Mica: True! I'm even thinking of sporting big-time bling in one of my themed christmas parties. :D
I have seen some beauty videos on Youtube that feature this kind of trend. Might I suggest that once the tackiness disappears, you can definitely use lash glue! ;))
ReplyDeleteTouch o bling caught my eye. :D What a unique idea by benefit. And what I lov is the different colors and birthstone such as mine! Topaz. :) Super duper cute!! ^^ Love also that you can make a pattern or look by yourself :)
