THE VERDICT:
Ever since discovering Perfect Whip in one of the most memorable moments of my blogging career (Shiseido Press Trip Japan 2013), I have never looked back and it remains as one of my most favorite facial cleansers. This is one of those facial cleansers that my skin continues to love; I've been seeing posts saying that this is actually a high alkaline product and should be used sparingly, but my skin has never had any bad experience with it in my 9 years of usage; I guess it really depends on what your skin can tolerate! But what do I know? I'm no dermatologist. :D
But as for my skin and Perfect Whip, both are a good match!
I was stoked when Perfect Whip arrived in the Philippines around 2 or 3 years ago. Finally, no need to order abroad. I'm also glad that they started releasing different variants of Perfect Whip to address different concerns. Let me show you how you can find the right one for you!
Senka Perfect Whip now has five variants locally:
PERFECT WHIP U- with 40%+ beauty serum. This is just a more moisturizing version of the original because it has more serum in it.
PERFECT WHIP- the original, which also remains as one of my favorites.
WHITE CLAY- for individuals with large pores and are prone to blackheads; this has clay extract that helps declog pores. It also has moisturizing ingredients so your skin won't feel taut and dry, which is sometimes the downside of clay products.
ORIGINAL- still one of my favorites! Lovely clean scent and gives me a non-drying, thorough clean.
ACNE CARE- has Salicylic Acid that helps manage breakouts and clean and soothe popped zits; I love using this when I have a popped zit so that Salicylic Acid can penetrate and kill any remaining acne- causing bacteria inside the wound.
BERRY BRIGHT- with berry extracts that brighten the skin. This one smells really energizing that's why I like using it in the morning.
COLLAGEN-IN- I don't have this anymore because I've used it up already so it's not in the photo. This product is enriched with Silk Cocoon and beauty serum that envelops skin in extra moisture, making it good for aging and dry skin.
All products have the same nice, frothy, moisturizing foam, one of Perfect Whip's key characteristics that I love, but the only difference lies in the actives. Whatever Perfect Whip variant you choose, you'll still get the same, moisturizing foam that a lot of users love.
Senka Perfect Whip is P279 for a 120g tube and P120.00 for a 50g tube.

How I wish they brought their Perfect Oil Makeup Remover and Perfect Gel Makeup Remover to the country too, but Senka's quite new and surely, they'll bring in more of their products soon. We just have to wait for it. ;)

For me this is one of the best cleansers that I've tried so far, I like the quality of this products talagang after you wash your face feel mo talagang nagcleanse ang face mo and isa pa sa nagustuhan ko Dito is very foamy siya. I've been using the Perfect Whip Original cleanser.
ReplyDeleteFave ko yung nasa white tube, napakatipid nito gamitin pero sobrang nakakalinis ng muka na di mo pakiramdam na banat. Very gentle on skin kasi nga japanese brand. I find this very effective plus affordable.
