THE VERDICT:

When I know I’m just going to stay at home, I am sometimes not compelled to take a bath; so now you know why I dislike surprise visits LOL

But sometimes, online meetings where I have to show my face require me to look decent and fresh so I get a little help from dry shampoo.

However, I find most dry shampoos to be extremely heavy, overly perfumed, and tbh, don’t really give you that fresh feeling.

Enter Hello Glow Hairsaver dry shampoo, which has kinda’ changed my mind about dry shampoos. So far, this is the best one I’ve tried and it’s super affordable too!

Hello Glow Hello Saver shampoo helps absorb grease, dirt, and oil without washing. It is infused with Hydrolyzed Keratin that helps keep the scalp and hair healthy. Hydrolyzed Silk that helps add elasticity and prevent breakage, and Polygonum Multiflorum Root extract, which helps nourish the hair.

The atomizer is great; it dispenses the product continuously and has wide coverage, plus I like that it can dispense a small amount of product when you press it gently for moments when you need just a bit more to finish off your look. I love it when brands are sensitive to these types of consumer needs.

Here’s a before and after. Notice my greasy hair and how Hello Glow Hairsaver Dry Shampoo has, well, saved my hair. It looks fresh, doesn’t feel heavy, and I love that it’s not heavily perfumed. I’d also like to note that it doesn’t feel heavy on the hair, unlike other dry shampoos that feel like you’re applying a pound of powder on your strands and scalp.

How I use this product:

1. I let my hair loose and comb it to get rid of knots and tangles for optimal application

2. I spray from the top to the fringes, but mainly focusing on the top because that’s usually the oiliest part of my scalp.

3. Let the product sit for 3 minutes then I brush my hair to get rid of the excess product, fluff my hair, and give it some volume.

Aside from being a good dry shampoo, it’s very affordable too. This is shampoo for the lazy girls and it’s great for travel as well. I recommend it!
