If you wanna ride the lip liner trend, but you’re on a budget, here’s my recommendation from me that I know you will love. Because I’ve personally tried these and was impressed by the quality and I was even more impressed when I learned that these are P195 only!

Ever Bilena No Budge Lip Liner is a pigmented, silky lip liner with a matte finish that sets and lasts for hours. It comes in 6 shades and comes with a built-in sharpener.

Presenting my three favorite shades from the line. These are super pigmented and can even pass off as lipstick, perfect to bring in your pocket and tiny bags. It’s very silky indeed and sets efficiently. The finish is a slightly heavy kind of matte so best to moisturize your lips before usage, most especially if you have dry lips.

I love using Oh My Berry topped with Ever Bilena’s serum tinted lip gloss in Ethereal. Since the lip liner is long- lasting (it can even withstand a meal!), it helps my gloss last long as well.

Overall, a really good lip liner for everyday that won’t hurt your wallet!
