If you're already a young adult or a blushing teenager during the early 2000's, you'll probably nod your head in approval when I say that Zen Zest is one of the glorified bath and body brands of our time.
Long- time fan over here! Upon receiving their e-vite, I remembered my blushing adolescent days all of a sudden. Back in high school, I would spritz Zen Zest's Raspberry or Melon body sprays all over my uniform whenever I'd see my high school crush around the campus. I was fervently hoping that I'd catch his attention with my succulent smell. Haha! That memory made me laugh! 'Twas very funny, but sweet. I just realized, I was such a groupie back then!
A few years and 9 birthdays later, I'm still a fan, especially of their Bergamot and Neroli Massage Oil and Linen Sprays. Zen Zest has impressive products at very affordable price points. And this is the reason why the brand has built a good following in the beauty industry.
A week or two ago, Zen Zest has relaunched their classic body sprays. Coincidentally, it was also Zen Zest's first- ever bloggers event. The event was held at Chateau 1771, which happens to be one of Michelle Ascense- Fontelera's (Founder and CEO of Zen Zest Asia) favorite restaurants. I'd have to agree with her. The food here is good!
Michelle, who's a dignified yet sweet lady did the presentation for us. There was never an awkward moment between her and us even though its was our first time to see each other! My most favorite part of the presentation was when she recalled the humble beginnings of Zen Zest: From commuting to a bazaar with her products to becoming a household name. Her love and passion for beauty products, especially fragrances, led her to materializing a dream. And that's what makes her all the more admirable. She even told us a lot of fun facts about her perfumes!
Posing with my fellow beauty bloggers:
Ms. Michelle, if you're reading this, I want you to know that I look up to you! :)
Wild Fantasy: I want to host my own Urban Zone show! Muhahaha!
L;R: Ava, Jheng, Shen, Jackie, and Tara
Until the next event, my Zen Zest family!
Thanks too for these awesome Zen Zest goodies! My gosh, that Talcum- scented lotion and body scrub bring back so many memories! FYI, Zen Zest is one of the first brands I used when I was still exploring the beauty industry.
Unfortunately, these sizes are not for retail. (Just in case you're going to look for it in any of Zen Zest's stalls) These are PR samples. :)
POWER 3- Bullet, Tangerine, and Thistle are the best- selling scents from Zen Zest.
WHEN CHEAP MEETS CHIC: Because affordable products don't have to look cheap. For just P200.00, you get to own a quality perfume from Zen Zest. The bottles are imported from Germany, while the essential oils are imported from France. Zen Zest's EDTs are hypoallergenic, non- irritating, and have Aloe Vera extracts to soothe skin. The line has 12% oil extracts that will keep you smelling great for up to six hours. For such an affordable perfume, the extract is pretty high, and that's a good thing!
COMING SOON FOR MEN!

Blue- a cool, aquatic summer fragrance
Black- for that dashing debonaire in you
