THE VERDICT:
An average woman requires 1,000-1,500 calories per day, depending on the weight she desires to maintain. I try to stick to 1,200-maximum is 1,500, but I will slowly transition to 1,000 (hopefully on the 3rd week of May!) to take my #ProjectMirandaKerrBody2013 to the next level.
As for my lashes, I can take on 5000 calories as long as there is something that offers to give me that because that's how obsessed I am with volume. Is there a 'weight gain' product for lashes? LOL! In the meantime, let's leave that concept to science and hopefully, they come up with one. The closest thing I could find is Max Factor's 2000 Calorie Dramatic Volume Mascara-it's a fattening product for your lashes!
MAX FACTOR 2000 CALORIE DRAMATIC VOLUME MASCARA IN DETAIL
The wand is made with thick yet soft nylon bristles, albeit I find its size too large for my medium Asian eyes. The mascara's formula is quite creamy and it dries up efficiently, allowing you to build up volume without the drag. However, it has a tendency to clump. Here's how you can utilize this product:
WORK IT: As you pull out the wand from the tube, gently push it to the side to take out any excess gunk. Coat your lashes as usual. If you start seeing mascara build-up on your lashes, minimize your hand force and flick the wand in an upward motion on the clumpy parts-this will let the wand even out the coverage instead of imparting more mascara onto your lashes.

You have the option to use two coats only if you just want to don semi- defined lashes-this should be good for school make up!
Three coats
For vavavoom volume, three coats it is!
It doesn't smudge and smear, but it comes off effortlessly with just a facial cleanser and water.
This mascara can't really enhance the tiniest, almost invisible lash strands on your eyes, but rather it improves and magnifies all the visible ones-it gives your lashes a "fatter" look, which is somewhere in between defined and ultra volumized. I've also noticed that I can skip eyeliner whenever I'm using this product. Best suits those who want everyday fullness without the heaviness, and methinks it will also suit those who have thicker lashes because it imparts good coverage in just one stroke!
