THE VERDICT:
Okay, I'm starting to get really fond of this eye makeup brand called Heavy Rotation: their products are really good, affordable, and they mean it if they say that it's waterproof like Perfect Liquid Eyeliner N-it's really good that I had to make it one of my go- to drugstore liquid eyeliners! Oh, by the way, if you have really small eyes, this eyeliner is for you!
HEAVY ROTATION PERFECT LIQUID EYELINER N IN BLACK IN DETAIL
This eyeliner features a 0.05mm tip to create a sharp, precise look and help you fill in gaps between the lashes. It has a moisturizing formula infused with Hyaluronic Acid, Squalene, and Chamomilla Recutita Extract. It's waterproof and sebum- proof.
Ingredients
Swatches of this must- try eyeliner after the break. ;)
The other Heavy Rotation product featured in this photo, btw, is Powder Eyebrow and Nose Shadow in 02 Natural Brown, another awesome product from the brand.
Here's the brush applicator: It's compact and flexible, and the wispy tip goes in between the lashes effortlessly-I'm using this product a lot lately to cover up a bald spot on my upper lashes on my left eye (I don't know what caused that :((( ).
To give you a good grasp of the size of the applicator, it's in between the applicators of K-Palette's Real Lasting Eyeliner and Real Lasting Eyeliner Micro.
Here's a swatch. It has medium to heavy pigmentation and a patent finish. Formula is mild as it did not sting my eyes, but I can't say if it's suitable for sensitive skin.
HEAVY ROTATION PERFECT LIQUID EYELINER N IN BLACK IN ACTION
Sorry for the messy application-my hands were particularly shaky the time I took this photo. I can create varying lines and styles with this eyeliner, and it gives me the winged look in an instant. Staying power is awesoooommme: This product can withstand heat, oily lids, and perspiration. I wore it to 360 Fitness' Body Jam class one time where I burned 737 calories and excreted buckets of sweat-lo and behold, the eyeliner stayed intact! :D
This product is best for oily skin and watery eyes. It is also a great fixing tool for those with gaps between lashes and pretty sparse lashes. It's The Beauty Junkee approved! ;)

ReplyDeleteYup, definitely getting this!
This is a must product. Affordable, very good quality & long lasting. Plus its made in Japan..Kaso yung availability ang medyo prob. Over-all i want to try this product =)
ReplyDeleteI wonder how long a tube can last with regular use. It's good to know that it can withstand heavy sweating! Now that's what you call waterproof.
ReplyDeleteA product for very small eyes, for oily skin and watery eyes? Wow, this is definitely a must-try!
ReplyDeleteI think this would be a nice dupe for k-palette. I like using liquid liners but I find that liquid liners dry up easier compared to gel liners. I would still like to try this though.
ReplyDeleteThis sounds amazing and I just eyeliners like this.

Wow! I think I'm gonna have a new favorite! (^....^) Thanks for that handy review. ^^
ReplyDeleteThis is going to come in handy for filling in those gaps between eyelashes. Good price for a Japanese product, too
ReplyDeleteIt's so pigmented! I'm so excited to try Heavy Rotation products. I just haven't seen them yet in stores. They're affordable pa. :) The eyeliner's thickness is just right too! I just can't do winged eyeliner. I love that it can be used for gaps. :)
ReplyDeleteOkay.. So I'm almost finished with my K-palette eyeliner, i was thinking of getting Majolica Majorca again but since I always want to try new brands, i think this will be my next purchase.. :)
ReplyDeletecheaper alternative to K-Palette? I'm sold! sana meron sila matte finish din
ReplyDeleteStacie and Anne_22: Enjoy! :)
ReplyDeleteJaja: In general, Liquid liners deliver a glossy/patent finish. Have yet to see a liquid liner that delivers a matte finish. :)
Valerie: Hi and welcome to my blog. Yes, I agree with your observation. :)
Vin: welcome. :)
Abegaill: I have a tutorial on how I do my winged line.:D It's in my HOW TO archive. :D
Aviva: Probably around 2-3 months. In my experience, Japanese liquid liners don't dry up quickly. :)
Jhake and Flexxy: Thanks for sharing your insights. :)
I am basking in the glory of all these Japanese brands making it to the Philippines FINALLY! No time like the present. Isehan is a godsend. :)
ReplyDeleteooh this could be a good one. and cheaper than k palette. Hope they still have this in stock. SM has been out of stock lately.
ReplyDeleteHmmm... I don't use eyeliner that much anymore but I will file this for future reference. :)
ReplyDeleteLet me know what you think of this post! :)
