 THE VERDICT:

They said you can't buy anything decent with P80.00 anymore; well, They (lol) should go and look for Rucy's Vanity, particularly Auto Eyebrow Pencil for a little enlightenment; This is the nicest and MOST AFFORDABLE brow pencil I've used, not to mention their Brown shade is the perfect Cocoa Brown shade that matches the common brown hair color that most Filipinas sport including me!

RUCY'S VANITY AUTO EYEBROW PENCIL IN BROWN IN DETAIL

This retractable eyebrow pen claims to provide precise, sharp lines and soft focus finish with its easy to blend formula. It's available in three colors: Black, Gray, Brown.

The packaging is sleek and thank God, it's Black. However, the product doesn't look that neat; hey, it's just 80 pesos, but wait until you see it perform.

The product is soft, but not too creamy that it sticks onto your brow hair strands. Pigmentation is medium to heavy; it's tough to get a light finish from this one so it might not be the best option for sparse brows. Also, the product is wobbly so don't twist it up too much. Otherwise, it will break!

Most Filipinas sport brown hair color with a bit of red, gold, or honey tones in it; the hard part about donning this color is finding a reddish or golden brown brow pencil to match your brows to it (specifically an affordable one) as most of what we have here are either dark or coffee brown. Rucy 's Vanity's brow pencil is prolly the only affordable brow pencil that fits the bill and that's what makes this a great find!

Yay! Now that's my kind of brown for my brows; it complements my honey brown hair color a lot! One caveat is staying power is not that good as it fades at the end of the day so I only use it on casual days. Nevertheless, I love this brow pencil because of the perfect brown shade: I save time with this product because I don't have to use a brow mascara anymore to fix the color of my brows, it has a pretty good quality, and c'mon, it's 80 pesos only!!!

    I have tried this too before and also the gray shade. I agree this is the best for its price. It works exceptionally well:)

    I didn't think that an 80 peso eyebrow pencil can pass your refined standard for makeup. Now i'm quite impressed by this. I hope they would sell this at all Watsons and SM dept. stores so it can be swatched first and it would be easier to find.

    You should try other Rucy's Vanity products. they're all affordable yet perform good. I have their eyeshadows, eyeliners, and bb creams. :D

    Yeah it's not bad for P80.00 I hope rucy's vanity can be found on Watsons and the like I find it hard to buy online because I can't swatch it.
