THE VERDICT:
A friend and I were discussing one time why we love Micellar Water and we both agreed that it's great, but quite expensive. And then here comes Maybelline to the rescue and introduced a VERY affordable Micellar Water. If you want to experience the beauty of Micellar Water without hurting your savings, grab Maybelline Micellar Water!

MAYBELLINE MICELLLAR WATER IN ACTION
I've reviewed a couple of Micellar Water products already so please check out BIODERMA for reference. Maybelline's version is pretty much the same as other Micellar Water, except that it doesn't contain any specific active to target whatever skin problem; it's just a plain cleanser. Period.
I wore Estee Lauder Double Wear Stay-In-Place Makeup, a well- known, full- coverage, loooong- wearing makeup and lo and behold, Maybelline's Micellar Water was able to remove it, no sweat! But just like any other Micellar Water, it cannot remove certain mascaras, most especially Japanese mascaras. I like how this product, aside from getting rid of makeup thoroughly, leaves my skin feeling fresh and hydrated; doesn't leave my skin dry, taut, and it is scent and sting- free.
Thank goodness Maybelline decided to launch a Micellar Water that's very affordable. Finally, everyone can experience how awesome this makeup remover is!

I am not mistaken. You already talked about micellar water before and I am so shock there are such kind of cleanser. But I love cleansers that are multi-functional even for make ups. para di ba when just one product you'll have different benefits. But Maybelline is really one of the affordable brand and if it can really clean that way for even the toughest and long lasting make up then why not?
ReplyDeleteThat's true! So happy that Maybelline decided to come up with this. :)
DeleteWhoa this is affordable! Biore is always out of stock and I'm glad that Maybelline has unlimited stock of it!
ReplyDeleteIt gets sold out easily too so better buy a couple when you chance upon it. :)
DeleteFinally a review on this baby! :) This baby has caught my attention and it looks like it will now be caught in my daily skincare routine. It was on sale a few weeks ago for only 159, and for 200mL? That's barely a peso for every mL! Not shabby at all, Maybelline. :)
ReplyDeleteRight on! :D
DeleteSo excited to buy this na pag punta ko sm haha ❤️
ReplyDeleteThanks to Maybelline for bringing Micellar Water at a very affordable price. Definitely I will try this one.
ReplyDeleteI'll definitely try this one out and compare it to Bifesta!
ReplyDeleteI saw in BeautyMla yata yun na price is Php 155 nalang.

ReplyDeleteLet me know how you like it! :)
DeleteI'm using Bifesta as my makeup remover, but I'm quite not satisfied with it. And I got little breakouts from it, so I just use it to remove eye makeup (eyeliner and brows). I'd love to try this but Banila Co's cleansing balm is more tempting for me. hoho. :)
ReplyDeleteI love Banila Co's cleansing balm!
DeleteAwesome, affordable micellar water.....thanks for the review Ms. Martha!
ReplyDeletewow.. it is the most affordable micellar water at the moment! i would get one for sure!

Would love to try Biore! :)
DeleteI've been an avid user of micellar water ever since they were introduced here in the Philippines. Bioderma is way above my budget that's why I've resorted to Biore and Simple micellar water. Will try this one out once my current micellar water runs out. Thanks for the review Martha! :)
ReplyDeleteYou're welcome! Hope you will like this :)
