Hi lovely ladies! How's your saturday? Mine went pretty well. Had a great rehearsal and a lovely time with my hubby.
The only bummer in my day is AIR21. Sis Khymm shipped out my package last Thursday. The package was from Cebu and I was supposed to receive it yesterday because their service says "NEXT DAY DELIVERY". I didn't receive any package yesterday so I let the day pass saying to myself that it was such a stormy day yesterday so maybe air21 had a hard time delivering all the stuff that needed to be delivered.
Saturday came and I was expecting my package. I kept on calling my house helper at home because I was monitoring my package. Lo and behold. No package arrived today.
This was sort of unacceptable and unjustifiable. Packages from Visayas and Mindanao will usually take 1- 2 days before it gets to someone who lives in Luzon and vice versa. I believe there is no excuse because it was friggin' sunny the whole day in Makati! SO WHERE'S MY GODDAMN PACKAGE?!?!
I tracked my package and it showed a detailed information of my package's status. Honestly, I DON'T NEED THOSE THINGS. The last status of my order said DELIVERY ATTEMPTED. What the f*** does "Delivery Attempted" mean? The friggin' messengers got tired of delivering so they decided to just leave some packages undelivered?!?! F**** A****!!
So they won't be delivering stuff during sundays so I am at their mercy. And they don't allow pick- ups in their offices or branches. What if those were medicines and I needed to drink them before saturday or else I'll die?!?! Air21 has suuuucchhh a crappy service. Their prices are so expensive, yet their services are mediocre. There was a forum before that talked about air21's crappy service so I'm not the only one in this world who complains about air21.
I want my friggin' package. IF SOMEONE FROM AIR21 READS THIS BLOG, I HOPE YOU GET YOUR ACTS AND SERVICES STRAIGHT. YOU SHOULD BE DOING WHAT YOU'RE BOUND TO DO!

Oh sis I had the same experience. When Frances of http://topazhorizon.com sent me the Maybelline stuff (giveaway). She sent the package on July 1 (Wednesday), so I expected to receive it Friday the latest. Nothing arrived, I checked the site and it says delivery attempted. I shrugged it off and waited Monday, I was at home ALL day, website said delivery attempted again. Same thing happened on Tuesday. I had to call the hotline and inform them to use the doorbell (for crying out loud). I finally received the package on June 8 exactly 1 week. I couldn't believe it, next day delivery turned out to be next week delivery. Such a horror story. Good thing though is I got my package whole and unopened. Sigh!

ReplyDelete& I totally understand, why you're upset with shipping. If it takes long & the status is being stupid, then I would had been upset as well. Grr.
Sis, yan din problem ng mga seller sa multiply... kya instead of air21, xend na lang sila.. customers are paying 80 for air21 fast delivery pero ang lumalabas na mas mabilis pa ang xend sa knila w/c is 50 pesos lang!

ReplyDeletecheysser: I just found out when I called air21's hotline that DELIVERY ATTEMPTED means they tried delivering it to a drop- off place for packages for a certain area (park square 2 is the drop- off for makati pacakages). Unfortunately, they said the drop- off area was close during friday and saturday. THAT'S B*LLSH*T. For pete's sake, even the malls are open last friday and it was heck stormy so I did not buy their reason. And what if the air21 branch in park square closed down? Would that mean I can't get my package anymore??? (because they said they don't have any drop- off places for packages for makati except park square.) ARGH! Thanks btw. :)
gRACIE: OO NGA. I'm planning to change my courier to xend. mura na, reliable pa. i wouldn't mind paying extra bucks (like lbc, who does sunday deliveries). 80php is not bad as compared to lbc but with SUCH A CRAPPY SERVICE, 80php is too much to pay for air21! argh! Di bale nang mahal basta okay ang serbisyo!
Crystal: nakakaasar diba? Let's say the package needs to be delivered saturday and it's a matter of life and death, eh di nagkandaloko- loko na package ko. thanks for the award though. somehow saved my day yesterday :)
BTW guys, i called air21 kanina and I gave the operator a good scolding. I just ranted on the phone regarding their crappy service. naku, sana nga makarating sa head nila yun. SABI KO PA:
"I DO HOPE THIS COMPLAINT REACHES YOUR HEADS, MANAGERS OR THE OWNERS OR WHATEVER. MS. WAG PASOK SA ISANG TENGA LABAS SA KABILA HA? MASISIRA ANG KUMPANYA DO. MADAMING NAGREREKLAMO KASI SA INYO ONLINE EH!"
