i have just watched one play before..

Oedipus Rex & i think its pretty awesome..
Maybe someday i'll be watching one again...

2 plays actually...
one was a requirement sa subject namin. the other was a requirement sa subject ng ate ko, sinama lang niya ako...
mas gusto ko yung play na napanood ko kasama ang ate ko. very provocative ang concept... its about a prostitute. i forgot the title, kasi sobrang tagal na nun.
ang gagaling ng mga actors and actresses...
im sure ikaw din... kasi very rigid ang training nyo diyan...
as in you breathe and eat art...

ReplyDeletei just hope the training for our generation is the same as before. ngayon, medyo napapabayaan na ang estudyante. they always cast outsiders instead of training students by involving them in plays by giving them roles.
we're all striving to become better artists, one step at a time and in our own strategy. kailangang magtrabaho kung pinapabayaan. ikaw lang kasi ang tutulong sa sarili mo.
my sis saw atang last week. i saw sa program na you were there pala. hehe. she'll be watching lulu also as a requirement for her comm 3 class. spring awakening looks interesting to me. i might watch it when it comes out :)
ReplyDeletecrystal: i'm not in spring eh..didn't get the chance to audition though the choreographer said bagay ako dun haha. im in sepang loca right now. i'm actually in the first picture. if you can please catch any dead stars, 1925/ sepang loca shows. :)
