Birthday week ends today. It just gives you reason to spend, spend, spend!
Anyway, Here are some of my hauls for the week.
Healthy stuff from Healthy Options: De Boles Angel hair whole wheat pasta, natural blackberries (yum!), Casbah Couscous mix, Pacific Hazelnut soy milk, and an unsweetened, all- natural catsup whose brand name I completely forgot.
And to welcome my Ipod Touch (which I will get hold of this Wednesday), I bought it a hard case. It only costs 900php. I love the matte texture and finish of this case. I bought a red one to add a splash of color to my gadgets. And it came with a lens cleaning cloth and a stick- on screen protector!
And I got myself a slim fit denim shorts from People are People. All of my shorts are already too loose because I have lost so much weight.
From size 32, I went down to size 28 in People are People's bottoms sizing. And what's cool is, It's in the slim fitting, which means it's smaller than the average and standard sizing!

i really respect you for being healthy and doing a great job on your weight loss, but one thing that negates everything you are doing is smoking. as a medical student and someone who personally watched my grandmother die of second hand smoke from my grandfather, i truly recommend trying to quit. that would make your routine perfect!
ReplyDeleteplus, if you have that much will power to loose so much weight so quickly, quitting smoking should be a breeze
ReplyDeleteThe short is great! It looks funky!
ReplyDeletecoline: thank you sis!
ReplyDeleteanonymous: hello! welcome to my blog.
I really appreciate your concern for my health, and I am very sorry to hear about your grandmother's death. I also have a grandfather too who died of lung cancer. And my titas and titos are smokers as well. I guess it really runs in the family.
I do admit that it's really hard to quit. If you're a smoker, you will know how hard it is. But my decision of slowly quitting by gradually lessening my sticks have already made a huge difference.
From 2 packs a day, I've managed to cut down to half a pack per day.
I am on my way to healing and quitting soon enough. I've tried stopping but I really cannot tolerate the withdrawal symptoms. Gradual lessening helps me cope better.
Thanks for dropping by!
Let me know what you think of this post! :)
