ReplyDeletei don't really apply too much make up on my skin. but what is a primer? I always heard that from make up artists. but others don't apply primer they just use moisturizer. is moisturizer an alternative? thanks to anyone who can provide answer to my lame question. :) ♥

ReplyDelete1. moisturizers are water- based, and they can't guarantee that they will help your makeup last, unlike primers that have binders that help makeup bind onto skin.
2. A majority of moisturizers are oil-based. As we all know, oil is the enemy of makeup. :)
