5. Submit an order form, and type in the makeups of your choice (total amount of orders should not be higher than P1500.00). Brand selections can be viewed in Kalm Cosmetics’ FB page. Click HERE for the order form.

Giveaway starts now and ends on January 9, 2012, so the winner’s orders will make it to their cut- off. The giveaway is only open to my Philippine readers. Winner will be announced on January 25, 2011 via The Beauty Junkee and Kalm Cosmetics’ page.

hi there! ummm, i've been trying to send the order form, but every time i do, it just fails. I saw in Kalm's FB page that orders could instead be emailed to them. will this still be considered a valid entry if i email the "order" to the email address given? thank you
