Beauty Bound at Robinsons Galleria

I was recently invited to Robinsons Galleria's BEAUTY BOUND Boggers Event. Robinsons Department Store is all about cosmetics, perfumes, and body care all February long! You can get tons of discounts and freebies in every purchase from their participating brands.

It's actually my second time to visit Robinsons Department Store and I was pretty thrilled to encounter a ton of brands for the first time. Sigh, if Galleria is just near my place, I'd probably be there every single day!

So here's what happened in our bloggers event:

Myra- E has this cool Mirror Dare that let's you know how you'll look like in 10 years. I didn't dare look at myself in it because I want my look to unfold itself right before my eyes as the years go by. :p

This is the 'Prom Look' rack. It's basically suggesting a lot of cool stuff to buy for one of the big days in a high school gal's life. Carmex for soft lips all night long, Vaseline lotions for skin that's smooth and soft to touch, and Dove, Sunsilk, and Creamsilk shampoos and conditioners to keep your hair at its best condition on Prom day!

Thanks Carisse for the GCs. :p Kira, Jheng, Krissy, Jamie, and I lingered for just a bit in the event area 'cos we were all excited to visit the department store!

But before going to the department store, Kira and I visited Dove's booth first. Dove offered Free Hair Consultation to the bloggers. Kira and I tried it 'cos we were interested with Dove's advanced DADDY (?) device, a device that gauges the condition of your hair.

Whew! Now the promos don't end there! There are more! In the meantime, here's what happened to me and Kira at the Dove booth:

Kira's hair scored 0, which means she has pretty normal hair. While I, on the other hand, scored 1 for damaged Hair. Oh Dove device, why do you have to rub salt into the wound!? I know I have damaged hair 'cos I'm pretty careless when it comes to combing! Perhaps Dove's Intense Repair shampoo line and serum would help me put this device to shame! :p

Jheng and Jamie who seem giddy about Ever Bilena's new HD Foundation, which is apparently comparable to some known high- end HD brands. I'm interested too!
