Color science suggests that you wear/use a particular color to enhance whatever mood or feeling you're in. White if you wanna be productive, Blue if you wanna be inspired, Red if you wanna feel confident, Purple if you wanna feel elegant, Pink if you wanna feel loved, Green if you wanna feel calm, Yellow if you wanna feel youthful, and Orange if you wanna feel energetic. It's 7am and I'm blogging-guess what are the colors of my clothes now. :)
I guess Lush applied the same principle to their new Emotional Brilliance cosmetics line. Helen Ambrosen, co- founder and inventor of Lush muses:
"the colours and words which make up 'Emotional Brilliance' have led us to formulate the bases the products go into very carefully...So however you choose to use them, they will give the effects you are looking for."
Emotional Brilliance is a collection of eye creams, lip creams, and eyeliners made with fresh, natural, skin- soothing ingredients such as Jojoba Oil, Almond Oil, Glycerin, and Cupuacu Butter. The products come in a wide range of color selections to match whatever mood you're in, and in glass bottles to let you see the actual colors perfectly. Why opt for glass bottles as packaging, you ask? Because glass is one of the most easily recycled materials on earth: After emptying the product, wash the bottle and make use of it according to your heart's desire.
But wait, there's more-a look's not complete without full, flirty, and feathery lashes so say 'Hello' to Lush's Eyes Right Mascara!
According to Lush's findings, most women didn't care so much about a mascara's brand, effect, or color-all they cared about is if it will "hurt them the least", thus Lush created Eyes Right, a mascara that boasts of one preservative only (Methylparaben) while regular mascaras contain around 4-6. Suffice to say, it's a treat for those with sensitive eyes. It also contains Wheatgrass to condition, strengthen, and soothe lashes.
As with all Lush products, Emotional Brilliance and Eyes Right are cruelty- free and made with no excessive packaging.
Emotional Brilliance is at P995.00 per bottle, and Eyes Right is P895.00. Which product would you like to know about first? The orange lip cream, violet Eyeliner, lime green eye cream, or Eyes Right? :)
