Every seasoned dieter knows that one of the main
keys to staying fit and slim for life is by altering and moderating eating
habits. You cannot expect to stay slim if your daily diet consists of 5 cups of
rice, 2 servings of frapuccino, and donuts. No matter how hard you exercise,
what goes into your body will determine its shape and condition in the end. I
think I’ve already quoted Shaun T, founder of Hip-Hop Abs and Insanity Workout,
before but I’d gladly do so again: YOUR ABS ARE 80% MADE IN THE KITCHEN.
Checkpoint: The bigger impact comes from the kind and
quality of food and drink you take in on a daily basis. You can say that you
only gorge during weekends, but that’s only 20% of your week! How about your
weekdays or the 80%? Can you honestly say that you’re eating healthy stuff
during the better part of your week?
I love flavored coffee and I cannot live one day
without it even if I know that flavored drinks are the number one gut bombs. I
realized that it was the only thing that was stalling my fitness progress so I made
a major decision and that was I reduced the syrup serving, went for more ice
instead of milk, opted for non-fat milk, and reduced my daily intake from 3 to
1. It’s not as tasty as the more evil version and it took me a while to
completely reduce my intake, but if not for that change and effort, I wouldn’t
look and feel better today. Small sacrifice, big difference.
Even in my household, I told my mother to opt for
non-fat milk whether in cooking or drinking. For 5 years now, my family and I
are proud non-fat milk drinkers. One of my friends told me before that non-fat
milk doesn’t taste as good as regular milk, but to tell you the truth, I can’t
tell any difference! It’s all in the mind! I’m not particularly picky with the
brand, but Nestle’s non-fat milk has always been a staple in our fridge.
In order to successfully conquer our personal fitness
battles this year, Nestle encourages everyone to make little sacrifices today
for the promise of a healthier tomorrow. In this case, you can start with the

I end this post with a personal fitness trick: I buy
clothes that are one size smaller or just right for my figure so I would be

-Thanks for this giveaway Ms. M! :) I must say, Nestle is really my fave when it comes to milk and yes! I drink non-fat since I learned to eat healthy (some times.lol) and since I tried to go on a diet. Also, I have to add that people should not be fooled with milk that says "less fat". I've read it (or watched it) somewhere and they said that if you are on a healthy diet always go for "non-fat" milk (or anything) not "less-fat" because "less-fat" is just as good as regular milk with whole "fat".
