I got an email from Goods.ph, an online shopping website that carries apparel, gadgets, accessories, and groceries and they informed me about this fantastic news that I'm so excited to share with everyone.
Each us wants to do our own part in helping the victims of Yolanda, but we also have our own responsibilities that cannot wait and families to feed and nurture among other things. Through Goods.ph, whether you're in the office or at home taking care of your family, you can always send help through Package of Hope.
Package Of Hope is a service by Goods.ph wherein a customer can purchase relief packages and donate to the victims of Typhoon Yolanda. It is also the first online charity program that does not accept donation in cash form. All purchased relief packages will be sent directly to Red Cross. I just purchased a package, and if you also want to do a good deed today, click READ MORE and I'll guide you through the shopping/donating process.
Go to the website and click the Package Of Hope poster on the moving ads. You will be re-directed to a page where you will see all the relief packages. Packages start at P200.00.
I chose the Family Standard Pack because it contains a variety of essentials from food to personal hygiene.
When you're done, just click the CART button at the topmost right part of the page to pay for it. Then, you will be lead to this page.
When you get to the Shipping and Payment page, check out the My Order box and tick DONATE MY GOODS TO TYPHOON HAIYAN (YOLANDA) VICTIM. Your goods will automatically be sent to Red Cross so no need to pay for shipping. Goods.ph sent me a gift certificate and I used it to purchase my chosen relief pack. For those who don't have a gift certificate, you can choose from a variety of payment options such as GCash, BDO, etc.

ReplyDeleteI can only do blog reads when I am in the office but hopefully, I would remember tonight :D
Great way to help without going through different channels..I was actually looking for a medium to direct my proceeds since I am always busy...I guess, I can just buy directly here and not worry about sending the parcels anymore.
Thanks for the info :)
That's one good effort from Goods.ph for #Yolanda victims.
