THE VERDICT:

I do not like Mineral Makeups-no not at all, but Ellana has opened my heart to it. I actually like Mineral Makeups now because I feel that my skin can breathe in it so I'm not hesitant anymore when it comes to trying out different Mineral Makeup products and brands. I've been trying out Human Heart Nature's Perfect Glow Mineral Blush recently and I'm going to review it for everyone today. I'm interested with their powder foundation as well so I think I'll check that out soon-that is, if they come out with a shade that will fit my warm skin tone. They have one, but it's too dark and pink for me!

HUMAN HEART NATURE PERFECT GLOW MINERAL BLUSH IN PINK BLOOM IN DETAIL

This cruelty- free, all- natural blush is made with pure mineral pigments to give skin that organic glow. It's also formulated with Vitamin E and even comes with a natural brush, according to the brand. It comes in three shades: Sunset (Matte), Pacific Shimmer (With Shimmer), and this, Pink Bloom.

Compact is pretty huge and doesn't feel too sturdy in my opinion. The mirror wasn't glued properly as well so I had to fix it. Nothing major though, unless you don't have mighty bond or glue at home LOL! :D

Here's the natural brush. I don't know what it's made of though. All I know is it feels pretty soft, but not wide and dense enough to blend the blush properly onto my cheeks. I'm still keeping it anyway because it's travel- sized!

For only P250.00, you get a decent size. It's almost as thick and long as an Inglot Blush refill.

Pink Bloom is a pale rose-pink shade with a matte payoff. Pigmentation is light. Texture is a lil' chalky and there's pigment fallout whenever I'm blending it on my cheeks. This is really an innate characteristic of pressed mineral products because they don't have binders (or something like that) to keep the whole thing intact. So for this blush, handle carefully and don't ever let it fall from a high place. It is unscented as well.

HUMAN HEART NATURE PERFECT GLOW MINERAL BLUSH IN PINK BLOOM IN ACTION

It doesn't really give you a glowing, blushing look because finish is matte, but it's nice to know that I get a very natural- looking flush with this blush. Wear time is not that long though so those with oily skin would need to retouch often. Pigmentation is just too sheer for my needs, but I could see that it's a very good option for teens and those who are just starting with makeup: It's so affordable, performance is okay, not to mention it's natural and looks just like your own flush. Color will suit fair- skinned ladies, and those with warm skin tones would have to layer it for at least two to three times.

  1. I love Human Heart Nature's products because they are affordable and effective. This blush is really affordable, and it looks good on you. For this price, this is already quite a steal. I'll be passing on this one as I currently have 3 blushes that I use on rotation.

  2. I didn't know that Human Heart Nature has mineral cosmetics. I have been using their hand sanitizers and the like, but I haven't heard of this. and yes, the issue again with oily skin is that they don't retain the pigment of powder blushes. Except cream blushes. Please do try Bare Minerals cosmetics. ;)

  4. The brush is made from pony hairs... though i dont find it really useful cause it sheds a lot of hair and its not dense enough. I find it pigmented naman, or maybe its just my skintone... its an okay product, good for teens nga :)

  5. I had a little trouble with the Human Nature lipsticks. The colors were nice, but the formulation seemed off. (Or maybe the testers were already dried out?) They had to be rubbed on to achieve the right coverage. That was something of a turn-off.

Anyway, the blush looks like a completely different story. I'm loving the subtle shade and matte finish. It looks like it'd be good for someone aiming for "no-makeup" makeup and expecting a natural fadeaway. Yes, definitely ideal for teens or those who don't want to fuss with the heavier duty makeup removers. This one looks like it'd easily wash off with facial foam.

  6. Kat: I love their shampoo and conditioner! :)

Matromao: Agree, and formula's gentle too, perfect for teens with wild hormones. :)

Eiss: Agree. Mine's shedding too. If that's the case, then the brush ain't cruelty-free. :)

Majorie: They released it way way back, around 3 years ago. :) I tried Bare Minerals before-it was okay, but too pricey for what it can do. :)
