Summer Skin Essentials from Ocean Potion, Mario Badescu, Too Cool For School, Gluta-C, and Mary Kay

Heya! Since it's summer time already, I thought that you guys might want to learn about these newest summer skin care products out in the market. We all know that baring some skin is imperative this season (even if you don't want to, you can't help it because the temperature's crazy hot!) so here are some stuff that will keep your skin protected, soothed, and nourished as you go about your sun-tastic activities and adventures. :)

Mario Badescu is THA SHIZZ. I've been using this line for 2 months now and gaaadddd, my skin loves it! I'll review what I got soon, but now, check out their newest product, the Oil Free Moisturizer SPF 30.

Lightweight, non-pore clogging, protective, and anti-aging. It contains SPF 30 to shield skin from UVA and UVB rays, St. John's Wort to soothe and protect the skin, Aloe Vera to cool and calm the skin, and Green Tea to provide anti-aging and antioxidant benefits.

More, new skin care innovations after the break!

They said eggs are good for your health. But hey, they're good for your skin too! Too Cool For School's Egg Mousse Pack is their best- selling wash-off foam mask-cum-cleanser that helps tighten pores, slough dead skin cells, and brighten skin.

FYI, this Egg is so hot that Too Cool For School has sold over 1 million pieces worldwide! That says something! Now I'm excited to try it. By the way, this product is Ethanol, Benzophenone, Fragrance, Talc, and Pigment- free to reduce irritation.

If you're about to go shopping for sunscreen products, you should check out Ocean Potion, this new line of affordable sunscreen products for the face and body. Would you like to try Clarisonic, but don't have the budget for it? You might want to check out Mary Kay's Skinvigorate Cleansing Brush, which I believe is a cheaper counterpart.

This battery- powered, dual-action cleansing brush has 2- speed options for light or thorough cleansing and massaging. Mary Kay said that it can remove at least 85% of makeup, grime, oil, and dirt from your skin, which is even better than cleansing with your bare hands alone. The brush moves at 400 rotations per minute to ensure that you'll get super clean skin in half the time and effort.

I was seriously considering purchasing Clarisonic this year, but thank God for this! Been using it for a week now and so far, so good. :D This is a limited edition product though, and it's available all March- long in Mary Kay catalogs so contact your Mary Kay Beauty Consultant now to inquire. Retails at P2,190.00.

Lastly, a new baby is joining Gluta-C's line of whitening products. Introducing the new Gluta-C Whitening Feminine Wash infused with Glutathione, Daisy Flower, Aloe Vera, and Lactic Acid. Glutathione helps lighten dark areas, Aloe Vera provides a cooling effect, and Daisy Flower and Lactic Acid moisturizes, deodorizes, and gently cleanses. It's Paraben and Sulfate-free too. If you're Bikini shy because you're concealing something dark down there, maybe you can try this! :)

Happy Sunday, guys! Tell me, which product interests you the most? :)

  2. That Mary Kay Cleansing Brush looks like a good alternative for the Clarisonic, they should consider making it a permanent product!
