I think I was an animal (A Koala to be exact) in my past life because I really can't help but gush at any fluffy, scaly, big, small creature I see.

So for my last day in Sydney, I went to the Wildlife Zoo, and Madame Tussauds because I've been hearing lotsa' good stuff about this museum. The other Bloggers whom I was with went Sky Diving and there was one who went to Melbourne, while I decided that I'll be a pretty happy and contented being if I get to see a Kangaroo and Koala in the flesh. :)

Wildlife Zoo, Madame Tussauds, and the Aquarium rests along the Harbor, which is pretty near the hotel I stayed in. My Dad said that there's a Wildlife Sanctuary in Sydney too, but that's a whole day kind of activity because I have to ride the ferry to get to the place plus the entire Zoo experience will take hours.

Kookaburra
Cassowary. This guy is dubbed as the most dangerous bird on the planet because if he doesn't like you or if you threaten his space and offspring, he'll charge at you and stab you in the chest or rip off your stomach with its 5-inch long, sharp talon. Cassowaries are actually private, peaceful, and harmless creatures if left to themselves, but they're currently endangered due to road accidents. There are lots of recorded Cassowary- related attacks on humans, but I think that's due to human stupidity already. :p
Don't know what these froggies are called, but they sure do look poisonous.
Australia is also known for their variety of Snakes.






CROCODILE! Australia's known for huge- ass Crocodiles until Lolong came along.
At the outdoor side of the zoo, specifically in the Kangaroo and Wallaby area, there's this entertaining (and cute! :D) zoo guy who talked a lot about reptile facts, with matching live reptiles. :p

Tasmanian Devil
Wombat.
A Wallaby! :D It's not to be confused with the Kangaroo.
A KANGAROO! Finally saw one! :D The Kangaroo in this Zoo is pretty small-it's not the huge Kangaroos I see in wildlife documentaries though. Well maybe that's for safety measures because those large Kangaroos can surely beat anyone to a pulp!
KOALA BEAR! I literally squealed when I saw this super cute, fluffy baby. :))))))))))
This Koala was already so high due to the amount of Eucalyptus leaves he had swallowed. :D
There are also nocturnal creatures in the Zoo and they're confined in a dark room. I didn't take photos anymore due to the lack of decent lighting. I didn't use flash because it will stress out the animals. Flash photography isn't allowed, actually, but there were visitors who weren't following the rule! :/ I wish the Zoo management would be more strict about this.
Final stop is the insect sanctuary.
MADAME TUSSAUDS! It's the world- famous Wax Museum where all of the world's political, entertainment, and societal figures have been immortalized PERFECTLY. Madame Tussauds is right beside the Wildlife Zoo and the Aquarium.
So this is the very first area. In here, you'll see some of the world's prominent political and spiritual figures.
Dalai Lama. He's one of the few people that I would love to meet.

Queen Elizabeth II, whom I've overthrown. :D
Sport icons. I'm guessing that the swimmer is Michael Phelps.
