The Body Shop Honeymania Bath Range Review

Here's a review on The Body Shop Honeymania Bath Range.

Price: Shower Gel- P395.00, Soap- P195.00, Body Butter- P695.00
Bought From: Free
Other Locations: Available in all The Body Shop outlets

THE VERDICT:

Aside from its antibacterial and moisturizing properties, Honey smells so darn good that's why it's my default fragrance for any shower gel, soap, or lotion. Technically, natural Honey virtually has no scent aside from its light, sugary aroma, but I love how beauty brands would reinvent its fragrance. My most favorite would be L'Occitane's Miel line and second is The Body Shop's new Honeymania range.

THE BODY SHAPE HONEYMANIA BATH RANGE IN DETAIL

Honeymania is meant for normal to dry skin, with fair- trade Honey extracts from Ethiopia. It's a complete Bath and Shower line with a Shower Gel, Soap, Bath Bubble, and Body Butter for an overall delectable experience. Overall scent of Honeymania is sweet honey-floral with a tangy hint of citrus somewhere in the base.

Detailed review on my most favorite The Body Shop bath and body range after the cut!

THE BODY SHAPE HONEYMANIA BATH RANGE IN DETAIL

Shower Gel

- This soap- free shower gel foams up really well and you only need a small amount to create an impressive lather. The Body Shop's Shower Gels have very good quality, and it's one of my affordable counterparts to Philosophy's Shower Creams.

Ingredients

The ingredients, however, contains SLS-it's not super drying, but you'd still need to moisturize your skin afterwards.

Soap

- This Glycerin Soap has a soft, melting texture (but it doesn't melt quickly), thus I believe it doesn't contain too much preservatives. I use this as a hand soap because it smells so nice and doesn't leave my hands dry.

Body Butter

- The Body Shop's best- selling moisturizer in a super yummy fragrance! If you haven't tried this product yet, you should because IMO, it's one of those body moisturizers that has the BEST hydrating and softening effects on the skin. It's very emollient, concentrated, and feels a lil' fluffy to me, and I always feel like Im slathering buttercream on my skin when I'm using it. It takes a while to be absorbed by the skin though so I prefer using it during night time. If you use it continuously, you will notice that your skin seems to have this eternal sheen and softness. It's one of those staple beauty products in my dresser. Oh, this thing will last you for quite some time too!

I said it already that it's my most favorite The Body Shop bath range. Need I say more? Honeymania just smells so, so good and every time I use it, I feel so happy, energized, and sweet! :D

  7. Body Shop shower gels are soo worth it! They lather quite well, but they don't leave the skin dry. The last one I bought was passion fruit, and it smelled heavenly. :)

As for body butter, I've been faithful to their shea butter because of how effective it was with my ashy elbows and ankles.
