THE VERDICT:
Do you seem to get allergies from any eye shadow primer? It must be Silicone. If you have chemical sensitivity, particularly to Silicone, it would be a little hard for you to find a primer that's gentle enough for your skin because almost all primers have this as its key ingredient. Best to turn to Mineral Makeup and I'm happy to introduce you to this local, affordable, and accessible eye primer from Virginia Olsen called Eye Prime.

Eye Prime is an organic eyeshadow primer that promises to keep eyeshadow intact and vibrant the whole day by preventing creasing and fading.

Consistency is gel with a matte finish. It is colorless and will not affect or alter the shade of your eyeshadows, but it would be hard for you to gauge if you've covered your entire lids with it since it has no color. You will only need a very tiny amount to cover your lids. It has no scent, although it tends to cake for a little when you're blending it on your lids so apply it thinly and build gradually.

It provides a smooth base so you can blend eyeshadows with ease, but it doesn't really intensify 'em in my opinion.

The colors may have faded, but the look still remained intact.
This is a pretty impressive eye primer considering that it's all- organic and doesn't contain the common allergy- causing ingredients that make eyeshadows stick. Consistency can still be improved along with the quantity of the product in the pot, but in sum, it's a great, affordable, and gentle eye primer for everyday use. :)
