ANNY NAIL POLISHES AND BASE COAT IN DETAIL

Today's spotlight is on Anny, a professional German nail care brand that hit the Philippines last year. It is being distributed by the same company that handles Make Up Factory locally that's why you can find Anny in their stores!

The colors I have are Icy Chocolate and Only Red for the big polishes, and Boogie Woogie and Green Green Grass mini polishes from the Lollipop Collection.

I also have the Base Coat!

ANNY NAIL POLISHES AND BASE COAT IN ACTION

Ingredients

This base coat goes on clear and feels considerably lighter compared to my other base coats, and it dries up very quickly too. It does protect my nails from turning too yellow (but this doesn't mean that it will totally prevent that yellow stain), although staying power is poor that my nail polishes chip off easily and I can peel 'em off even.

But I'm liking the smooth, opaque consistency of Anny's polishes-it's slightly runny and creamy, the perfect polish consistency in my opinion because it allows you to build up coverage evenly-they're also touch dry in two minutes. Check out the swatches:

Icy Chocolate is a taupe-beige shade, a perfect 'mod' color for tan- skinned ladies.

Only Red is a bright true red with a tad bit hint of orange. Check out how it made my skin look lighter!

Boogie Woogie is a hot orange shade. Looks good on darker skin tones!

Green Green Grass is a bright green shade-this is my second favorite shade next to Icy Chocolate. I love that it looks so vintage, but never tacky.

These polishes are as good as China Glaze, OPI, and other premium brands, but price is not too prohibitive and they have a massive shade library. They have gorgeous blues so I'll be checking 'em out next!

  1. Never met a shade of red I didn't like. No wonder Only Red is my fave out of the bunch. :)

  2. Anny? I personally don't know the brand nor familiar with it but it's totally fine since I'm not really into painting my nails. I like the icy chocolate & the Green Green grass though :)

  9. The worst nail polish I have ever tried. It doesn't dry so fast as it is written.
