THE VERDICT:

If you look beyond the syrupy, saccharin appeal of Etude House (For the record, I'm not saying it's bad-it's just that it could be too much and too young for other people), they actually have pretty good products like Drawing Eye Brow-it's a budget- friendly, good eye brow shaper/filler that defines your beauty arches naturally.

ETUDE HOUSE DRAWING EYE BROW DARK BROWN 01 IN DETAIL

This dual- ended brow product comes in 6 shades to suit various skin tones and hair colors. It features a triangular- shaped pencil with a precise tip that mimics hair strands for a very natural definition.

The pencil has a very convenient cut, I must say, because the tapered tip allows it to suit any brow shape. The precise tip, however, tends to become dull overtime.

On the other end, you'll find a medium- sized spoolie that feels firm and size is good because it fits a variety of brow shapes.

Swatches after the cut!

01 is a dark brown shade. Pigmentation is buildable and it delivers color to my brows gradually, but it's a different case for those with heavy hands. It settles into a matte finish and despite its creamy consistency, it doesn't impart a sticky texture nor cause my brow strands to clump.

It looks so natural, right? It's pretty long- lasting, but isn't really fade proof-I find that it fades for a little if I sweat a lot or if my eye and brow area begin to get oily. Nonetheless, it's pretty good and I can't complain because it's a little over one hundred pesos only! I use this on normal days and I highly recommend it to budget- savvy gals!

  1. oh. I never thought etude has products that are below 300 pesos. That is not that bad, to think that it is just 128 pesos, and yeah it really looks natural, not heavy looking compare to brow mascaras :) Which do you prefer by the way? Brow masacara, pencil or that? :)

  3. Oh I've tried this one and I so much love it I recommended it to my friends and they loved me for that hihi! They found this as their holy grail kasi ang mura nya talaga and quality pa.
By the way, this gets sold out easily and ang tagal nila mag-restock. I even left my number sa SA so to text me once item is available. I don't know with other branches but I always visit MOA branch.
