Here's how the winners can claim their prizes:
The 12 winners will be notified via email. Failure to respond to the email notification within 3 days will invalidate the win.
For Metro Manila winners: Metro Manila winners should claim their prizes from me personally. Time, date, and venue will be announced in the email notification. If you fail to meet me on the scheduled date, I can give you another chance. If you still can’t make it, I will draw another winner. I swear, your travel will be well worth!
For Northernmost and Southernmost Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao winners: Items will be shipped via Xend. A flat rate of P400.00 must be deposited to my bank account to cover the shipping cost. (To justify the shipping cost, The loot bags are hefty and may require more than two bags. 1 shipping bag= 1 courier fee) Details of my bank account will be sent via email.
For International winners: Since this will be the first time I'm opening the giveaway internationally, the beauty bag will be shipped to the winner for free, but winner shall pay for local customs taxes and miscellaneous fees, if there will be any. Package will be shipped via DHL or FedEx.
MECHANICS ARE NON-NEGOTIABLE. Please follow the mechanics. I have a way to check if the rules were followed accordingly. Failure to comply will result to disqualification or forfeiture. :)

happy 6th anniversary. i enjoy reading your blogs. its truly informative and i am thankful to you for being warm and for answering my questions too. i can related with a lot of topic that you wrote here..you got a lot of interesting post that i like but my most favorite is your post on 2012 the truth about the slimming pills because it have save my life, my family and my friends..id tried slimming pills before the zhen de shou and experience the same thing with it. i didnt know that the pills will have bad side effect because my uncle who works as a nurse use it and even boast that even his friends who are doctors in the hospital, where he works have used it as it was effective for losing weight and it was recommended with him to try.. i tried the hype with that slimming pills because i thought it was safer compare to the other brand since even those in medical fields are trying it. i have lost a lot of weight. but a months of using it,i was rushed too in the hospital and got confined on 2012.i have endoscopy and i was diagnosed with colon polyps and thank god that it was diagnosed earlier so it can be prevented from turning into cancer.looking back,iam thinking that i got the polyps from my stomach and the culprit is from my previous experience of taking those banned pills. i got very ill when i was taking those pills. and i have shared your post to my family and friends so i could warn them about the side effect of that pills. since they are not that convinced before that i got those polyps with taking zhen de zhou because a lot of medical doctors have tried it. and they think that it was just a random or isolated case with my case. but upon reading your blogs they are more convinced and stop taking it too. thank you for it. although i am still suffering from pain with bad stomach i am glad that my family and some friends didnt tried it and experience the same thing.

I am a fan of their products and in your latest post last April 10, that Beauty Shot Face Blur caught my eye. I really enjoy your beauty, fashion and food recommendations, but your entries about fitness surely take the cake. It's very inspiring to see you working hard to achieve the strong body that you want. I've been falling in and out of my fitness goal, and with my impatience, I sometimes think that nothing will change no matter how hard I try. This specific post reminded me that everything does not happen overnight and that if ever I get bored, I can always try something different and new to keep things interesting. It also reminded me to keep my eyes on the prize and to not let any temptations or bouts of laziness to get in the way.

Your fan mail fridays are really informative and i love reading the advice you give to your readers it really helps us tackles our issues and your answers really feels like you want to help us the best you can even if you dont know us personally. So in behalf of your other readers THANK YOU, we really appreciate it. SO out of all your fan mail fridays my favourite will be the one about the life span of the make ups. i mean i really thought that we can use our make ups as long as we have it or as long as we hit the pan. i am guilty of keeping make up past their expiration dates, well until i read your post about it. that post made me realize that yeah, it make sense because these are the things that we put on our faces all the time and that each and everyone of us should be aware of the cons of using expired make ups, that we have to take care and be wary of the things we put on our face because after all it is the face the people first see. again happy anniversary and more success to you and your blog.

I know I read somewhere (it was a long time ago and I can't even find the link to it now) about how you never grew up with your dad and then as time went on, I was surprised that you got re-acquainted and you even went to Australia to visit him. I am a daddy's girl all my life eventhough I never really grew up with my dad and it's nice to know that one of the bloggers that I follow have the same (somewhat) experience that I am having. I know it's a dated post, but I love your review on the Givenchy Pandora Medium in Aube + Spot a Fake Givenchy Pandora on December 10, 2014. It's a very gorgeous bag. I am a School Nurse and my work requires me to commute and ride a jeepney three times just to get to my work place. I once used a full coverage foundation plus a liquid eyeliner to work and ended up looking like a panda when I arrived at school. Good thing I saw your blog post and realized that what I put in my face made me look horrible and made me uncomfortable. Instead of using foundation, I used a powder foundation with SPF50, fix my eyebrows , blush and a lipstick and I'm good to go. That way, I always look fresh and the students won't be scared of me no more. :)

I'm always on a strict budget so I always look for makeup that are half the price, but still works well. After reading this, I bought Pixy foundation which I love so much and Etude House Drawing Brow which made wonders for me. Oh, and the Lorea'l Color Riche is awesome, too. I've yet to try Bifesta and Tony Moly BB cream. What I also love about this post was your combi recommendations of what products to buy together, but still priced under P1000. Very helpful! :)

Since today is April and the weather is really humid, I appreciate the information regarding products which don't feel sticky to use. Since it is summer, I avoid using products that will make me sweat so much. Thus, I really like to try the Belo sunexpert spf 50 pa +++ transparent mist. Learning from your blog that this product dries easily, I think that this is a good product to try today. Also, I easily attract mosquitoes and I still don't know why. Knowing that I can put an anti-mosquito while smelling good makes me want to purchase one as soon as possible. :)

This post is very useful for me since I have a very oily,acne-prone, and sensitive skin. That is why I try to cover my blemishes without irritating them thus lead me to use BB cream instead of foundation; since, BB cream (I think) is much "healthier :P I tried ZA bb cream since it's affordable especially for a college student like me. It does not irritate me and it has a powder-y feeling thus less oil unto my face. I would like to try Heroine BB cream after I finished my ZA bb cream and later on to fairydrops when I have enough money. Please keep posting articles on products that target specific skin needs like this one :) thank you very much!!

Answer to the question, What's your most favorite post by The Beauty Junkee?" It has to be the "Sumptuous Sundays: Cauliflower Rice" posted on September 30, 2012. Who would've thought that a blog mostly about fashion and beauty would feature something about cooking. On a personal preference I still love "the old ways." I hope that all women would still do the cooking if not possible, at least most know how to. Making the best out of a simple ingredient is the job of the Chefs in the present but before it's the usual expertise of women. I also adore people who still think of others even if they have "everything." Thinking about holiday presents for your loved ones as early as September, that's a genuine personality and it also made me sort of remember my family. You're unselfish character brought you to where you are right now. I've been reading your posts ever since though this is the first time I've joined because my mom loves those. Recently, my money was stolen by someone. It wasn't just a couple of bucks but more like a hundred thousand. I saved and worked hard for that and for it to be taken away by someone I trusted just hurts a lot... until today. He returned only a part of the money but most of it remained with him. Anyway, I liked your reflections #1 and #2 wherein your said that even if one is intelligent, they are not immune to the evil behaviors of others and that the most important is to not allow them to take away your values. I can't go out without filling in my sparse eyebrows (yes, even if I'm just going to the tindahan sa kanto while it's raining or jogging in the early AM around our village) so this post helped me a lot. I chose KPalette and I am using their 2way eyebrow until now. :)

Answer to the question "What's your most favorite post by The Beauty Junkee?": It's the one with the fake MAC busting. I have always dreamed of owning a MAC product but I never seem to have enough budget to own one, even a lipstick, so I was shocked to see that there are also fake MAC products around. I imagine that if ever it's gonna be my first time to be able to buy a MAC product and it happened to be fake, I think I'd be traumatized to buy luxurious products such as MAC. So, that post was actually an eye-opener to me. I was too innocent to think that there won't be any imitation of MAC products. Favorite post would be where you talking about delaying gratification, that saving your earnings first before splurging is more satisfactory knowing that you were able to buy something you want without hurting your bank account. I honestly forgot the title of that post but I remember the lesson clearly. Working hard and rewarding yourself at the end is the best feeling in the world. It's like a pat in the back.
I've also like the post where you talk about saving a portion of your earnings every month (I think that was posted early this year), it doesn't have to be a fixed amount, just a percentage will do. Another one's where Randy advised you to have a savings of at least 50% of the amount of the luxury item you want before getting said item. Obviously, I like your posts where you talk about savings. hehe.. As a twenty something working girl (who's kikay and have so many wants!), getting advise from another working 20-something is more helpful and relatable than reading advises from a book or internet.
And since early this year, I started going to the gym to lose weight, I started paying attention to your workout/diet posts too. I love the post where you talked about how to curb cravings, it helped a lot! Another one is where you talked about your fitness journey, I remember you posting a picture of you from a red carpet (it's from Stylebible.ph awards, I think) saying you looked fat and unhealthy. And I was like, "if she looked fat in that picture, kamusta naman ako?" Since then, that was my motivation whenever I feel lazy going to the gym or wants to indulge in a dessert buffet.

I have asked you a question last February 18 about what I should have as a student and this really help me alot. I was a newbie about skincare, make up and all and your post really help me to create my own kikay kit base on my surrounding and the weather. I learned that adapting to your school is very important it saves money, time and effort. I learn to change my makeup needs from time to time base on skin's condition. On the deeper side, while reading your post, I have learned that we can't stop world. I mean the only constant thing here is change and we should cope to it adapt and learn how to improve ourselves or do something to survive life.

I've been using Mary Kaye since I was in my 3rd year in college and I find it pretty cool. I love Mary kay products so when I saw it on the page's post I felt relieved. I like ordering product through online transaction. So in here, through this page, I could easily see the updated products of Mary kay and order it whenever I want. Answer to the question "What's your most favorite post by The Beauty Junkee?": My favorite post was about the Sunkiller Super Lasting Base with SPF 50 PA+++ (http://thebeautyjunkee.blogspot.com/2015/03/sunkiller-super-lasting-base-spf-50-pa.html). I am an avid fan of yours since way back 2012 and almost all of your updates I regularly check out and screenshot so when I go to the mall, I check them myself. This particular brand though caught my attention since I remembered it got so good scores from you, so when my boyfriend and I randomly visited Watsons in Ayala Cebu one night, I suddenly squealed in excitement since it is already available here in Cebu. But that time I was dead broke so I wasn't able to buy it, but noted to myself that I will check it again on payday. A week after, it was our monthsary and suddenly, he gave it to me as a gift! Eversince then, I am using it everyday and it was really amazing. Thanks to your wonderful review, I finally found the perfect base for me. :)

Answer to the question "What's your most favorite post by The Beauty Junkee?":I like your slimming pill post back then. It was very alarming because my instructor endorsed that to me. I use it and I was really high, I don't eat and I do sit ups at 2 am 100-150 times. It feels like I'm on drugs because all the signs lead to being high on meth. True enough, it has ampethamine. I was scared for my life because my liver enzymes is high because of the amount that I took before. When I heard that someone died because of liver failure I promised to myself not to drink anymore of those stuff. Whenever I have the urge to use again I go back to your post. I know someday I will be active again and I will definitely live a healthy lifestyle. Even though just baby steps. I am inspire my your weight story. I know That I can make it through.

Lastly, thebeautyjunkee.blogspot.com/2012/10/how-to-apply-eyeshadowday-and-night-eye.html - i am not comfortable in my eyeshadow application, but this guide makes it such a breeze. i really liked how through and detailed this guide is making it easily for noobs to follow. I still refer to this until now hehehe :)
i'm a silent reader but TBJ is my tambayan. I still refer to some of your old post until now. Also I learned alot from the Makeup workshop you've led for Shiseido in which you taught us how to handle and flaunt the tricky and tacky blue eyeshadow and you also gave tips on contouring and how you do your brows :)

This time my favorite post from you was the “Philosophy Loveswept EDT Review”.
My boyfriend and I had a 5 years relationship before we got married. We had ups and downs that you can name in a relationship. After reading this post, it was now that I realized your number 1 essential thing, “It is never perfect” a very good part of anyone’s relationship. We had this argument last night and I’ve said offensive words to him. After a couple of hours, I literally remembered your post, it is never perfect so I decided to apologized. Where would be the sweet moments if you never fight or argue? Because we know after that, one of you should make an effort to make things right. What important is that we learned our mistakes at the end.
I love this post and I will always remember these 3 things from you, especially now that we’re married.
Apart from the lessons I’ve learned, I actually asked my hubby to buy me that enticing perfume for our 2nd wedding anniversary. :)Thanks to you TBJ.

On Hard Work and Delaying Gratification
First of all Congratulations Miss M on yet again another successful year! I like that post because it had the most impact so far in my life. That post made me realize that you at a young age have already accomplished so much. You have a car, nice career, designer handbags, established name. Me, at 30 years old, all I have invested in are my Melissa shoes, curlers and make up. I have not invested in anything significant. It made me realize that I need to step up my game. Honestly, I have been inactive in the beauty world as I was busy with gym and trying to save money. I was holding off on buying things that I do not really need. Frankly speaking, going to your blog awakens the kikay consumer in me. You have a knack of teasing me into buying things that I did not even know I need and want (excuses).
Right now, my resolve to save and invest in mutual funds and stocks was strengthened by that post. Yes, I may be wearing old clothes and shoes right now. Yes, I may not be eating at fancy restaurants or watching the latest movies when they come out. But I am delaying my gratification for my future. I am delaying it so that, with God's grace, in 3- 5 years time, I am more stable. I can finally settle down with my bf and get married and start a family. It is not easy not going to malls and not basking in the consumerism. However, I am not getting any younger. Delaying gratification may eventually lead to more fulfillment. I have learned that people buy things because of an insecurity and void that they are trying to fill in themselves. I may not have all the fancy makeup, nice clothes and new shoes right now. But 3 years down the road, I am looking forward to having a nice life, preferably living in my own house with my husband. My BF and I have plans of settling down. I need to step up my game so I can settle down with him and live a comfortable life in the future. I am doing my best to really just focus on things that I need and not things that I want.

My favorite post is " Finding the right makeup based on your activities" which is compiled in "Basic Makeup with the Beauty Junkee". I agree with you that stay at home moms should be prepared for those emergencies where a mom should urgently head out the door and without having the luxury of time to fix herself first. I can relate to that. When my husband tells me that we will go to the grocery, i need to be ready in a minute or two or else i will hear him say " You don' t need to put makeup on or wear a wedding dress because we are just going to the grocery". And that iritates me. So what i do is i make sure that my eyebrows are neatly groomed so they will look good even without eyebrow makeup, i apply tinted lipbalms or an MLBB shade of lipstick to cover my pale lips and i wear clothes decent enough to be worn to the grocery so when my husband tells me that we are going out to the grocery, i will just comb my hair, dust a little powder on my face and grab my purse and i'm ready to go.

My most favorite post is about the "Fan Mail Friday: My Eyeshadow Techniques for Hooded Eyelids" not only because I am the one who send this email to you (P.S. I am so grateful that you answered and included my inquiry on your blog) but also because it has helped me a lot because of the easy steps with matching photos of each technique. It is very useful and easy to do. Aside from it, I also love your product reviews because I rely on that whenever I want to buy something that you reviewed. Answer to the question "What's your most favorite post by The Beauty Junkee?": i love their post but my fave this moment is their recent post about the new cover girl products for those with oily skin...i'm the type that has an oily skin and its hard to look for make up especially foundations because of my oily skin. with the help of The beauty junkee i have been able to discover new things especially about makeups!

My favorite is your review on the K-Palette Real Lasting Brow Mascara (K-Palette Real Lasting Brow Mascara In Light Brown 101 And Natural Brown 102 Review + Swatches)... I've been using eyebrow powder for the logest time but since I colored my hair light blonde (light brown effect). I need to somehow lighten my eyebrows too. I was looking for the product that would be a value for my money and since I was able to narrow down my options to 2, it was high time for me to buy the product. When I stumbled upon your post, it reinforced my decision to buy K-Palette when I saw the swatches. I haven't been to Beauty Bar to test the K-Palette Brow Mascara and so reading the article excited me to test it right away. Until now, I'm using it and I'm happy with the way it makes my brow color lighter :D Thanks for the review! More power!
