THE VERDICT:

What’s the simplest thing that makes you happy? Me? Having moisturized lips. Having been born with severely dry lips, you don’t know how much I suffer when the weather is cold and the heartbreaks I endure when a favorite matte lippie and I don’t work out; So when my lips are supple and okay, I’m in a state of bliss.

We should strive for our own happiness so to achieve mine, I pop a tube of Burt’s Bees lip balm in my makeup kit. It’s one of the lip balms that work for me so I have to have it, always. Little did I know that the line has expanded to these awesome variants already!

BURT’S BEES LIP BALMS IN ACTION

Of course my first and forever favorite amongst everything is the classic Beeswax lip balm. From the new ones, I’m digging three: Soothing because its texture is close to the original, but spiked with a fresh, menthol sensation and scent. Next is Ultra Conditioning because it’s a tube of intense moisture, my travel- buddy especially for long haul flights or even out-of-towns. Last is Rejuvenating because of Acai Berry, which I believe is doing my lips good by infusing it with antioxidants. The variants Soothing, Classic Beeswax, and Honey have a semi- matte finish and the rest, semi- glossy. There’s always a Burt’s Bees lip balm for every need, every mood, and every day!

    I feel you Ms.Martha, I also have extremely super dry lips. And I also hate it when my lipstick are ruin because of my dry lips. I discovered these amazing Burt's Bees a few years back, and I have tried the Honey Lip Balm, the Nourishing Lip Balm, the Ultra Conditioning Lip Balm and the Replenishing Lip Balm. My favorite is the Ultra Conditioning especially for colder months because they really keep my lips hydrated. I wanted to try the new additions to the Burt's Bees lip balm, they seem to be cool and they also have refreshing colors too!

    I loved the classic lip balm too but when I suffered from chapped lips, the peppermint hurt like *beep* so I ordered the honey variant from Sampleroom and my lips are better now :)

    I also love the Original, I love how it keeps my lips from drying. I would love to try Ultra Conditioning and Soothing. Actually I want to try them ALL :)

    I used to balk at Burt's Bees lip balm prices. Php300 plus for a lip balm? I can get a similar product at just Php100! BUT thanks to Sample Room, I got to try these babies and I finally understand the price. They're good, they work and they're made from natural ingredients! definitely worth it!

    This is my holy grail lip balm. This is something I seriously cannot live without! My favorite is the replenishing variant. There's something in it that just instantly makes my lips happy and moisturized. This is seriously worth checking!

    I love the classic one! It's my go to balm before applying lipstick. Not too waxy and sticky, and I love the minty feel when applied. :)

    I would love to try Burt's Bees Island because i like fruity balms as well as honey. Chapped lips kill me from January to March and it really hurts.

    While I am not much of a lip balm lady, I did get a sample of the Acai Berry variant. So far, I am loving it! Well, what is there NOT to love with Burt's Bees anyway? ^-^ It made my lips moisturized, soft and smooth! I think I swipe it on my lips almost every other hour!

    Burt's bees is my first love in terms of lip balm. And it still retains as the best lip balms among my list. And now there are other variants to choose from, I love it even more. :) I use lip balms on my lazy days to put makeup. I just make sure I won't get chapped lips in either the sun, or the coldness of aircon. :) I like to try the refreshing and island. :)
