BEAUTY BULLETIN: New Feel- Good Products

Last week, three, fresh beauty releases landed at my doorstep and the common thing about them is they inspire us to be confidently beautiful...with a heart (LOL I just had to say that just because...Pia Wurtzbach)! Origins, Mary Kay, and Jeunesse Anion unveil three new products that will give us skin that feels great, makeup that feels fresh, and red days that feel much lighter, ergo making us feel good!

If you're 50 and up, your skin can get drier than ever and this can lead to more pronounced wrinkles, folds, and you may feel that taut feeling more than ever; it is because of Senescence, a condition wherein damaged skin cells disrupt cell function, leading to minimized lipid, fiber, and collagen production and causing aging skin to function less and turn drier.

You can make aging more graceful and peaceful with Origins' new Three Part Harmony, a rejuvenating, hydrating, brightening skin care range for dehydrated, dry skin types. Origins harnesses the power of Narcissus Lily Bulb from the Mediterranean, a powerful, natural rejuvenator, giving you skin that looks and feels a few years younger.

Aside from Narcissus Lily Bulb, this skin care range also features Japanese Knotweed and Myrtle extracts, Vitamin C, Licorice Leaf extract, and Scutellaria Root and Apple extract for radiance. The range features a rich, nourishing cream as well. Not only Three Part Harmony is good for dry, aging skin, it's also good for any person in any age who's suffering from dryness and dullness.

Three Part Harmony is now available at Origins SM Makati. Visit ORIGINS PHILIPPINES on Facebook for more information about this product.

The fresh- faced look is once again back as an IT makeup look for Spring-Summer 2016; time to update your makeup wardrobe and for your base, Mary Kay has the perfect powder in Sheer Mineral Pressed Powder; this ultra-light, fine, silky pressed powder yields a versatile, lightly- tinted finish; it promises to keep makeup fresh with its effective oil- absorbing properties that keeps skin oil- free for up to 8 hours and comes in a mineral formula.

Sheer Mineral Powder comes as a cartridge; just buy Mary Kay's refillable compacts to store the powder. Visit MARY KAY PHILIPPINES on Facebook for more information about this product.

Jeunesse Anion is one of my favorite sanitary pad brands because, I don't know if it's just me or it's really effective, but the Anion strips really help make periods more bearable; it is because Anion Strips fight odor and infection causing- bacteria, reportedly has healing benefits, and has positively- charged ions that combat the negatively- charged ions in the body that cause pain during the menstrual cycle.

Jeunesse Anion's premium range of sanitary pads make red days #PositivelyBetter with varieties that cater to your needs: choose from Ultra Thin Day, Non-Wing Regular, Winged Regular, Ultra Thin Night, Ultra Thin All-Night, and Slim Pantyliners.

  1. Wow amazing products again to try. I am excited for all of these new products to try especially the Jeunesse Anion pads and also the Mary Kay Sheer Mineral Powder. Also I wanted the Origins Three Part Harmony for my mom, I think she will like it very much as she is into skin care products especially for her age now.

Origins product is on my must try list. Mary Kay powder looks interesting as I agree that we need light products for this coming summer.

  4. Period days are just the worst for me. I've been seeing Jeunesse Anion in the supermarket but haven't given it a try. I didn't know that it has actual ions in it - I just thought that it's just a quirky name. haha. I am somehow intrigued by the thought of using pads with positively-charged ions! Will buy this haha

  9. I was about to buy Jeunesse Anion but the price tag held me back. However, as i keep on reading good feedbacks about it, i'm now thinking of giving it a try since the benefits that it will give will make it all worth the price. I would love to try the light and sheer mineral Mary Kay blush, too!
