Perfume and lipstick - these are two of my can't-live-without beauty items; I don't know any woman who can properly function without putting on their choice of fragrant aura and lip color; this is why Guerlain La Petite Robe Noire is a collection that resonates with me; first, they started with a fragrance line that has instantly become one of my staple scents and now, they've got a lipstick! La Petit Robe Noire Lip Colour is a juicy lipstick that promises three types of coverage in one product.

This delectable shiny lipstick features POP pigments enveloped in fine oils and shine- boosting resin for a bright, true color finish, and lightweight texture allows for layering of the product easily; it is available in 20+ shades.

The lipstick features all the elements of La Petite Robe Noire fragrance; it's like the two are made for each other! I like how this lipstick is classy, yet looks fun.

Sun Twin Set is a pinkish coral with a shiny finish; it's not patent-shiny; just the good ol' pretty shine. It is delicately flavoured for pleasant wear (but don't eat it!) and laced with the complementing fragrance. It has a melting consistency and easily clings onto the lips so don't make the mistake of leaving it in a warm place especially in this crazy heat!

So this lipstick promises three coverage in one product. Here are photos:

One layer- for a lip tint- like finish

Two layers- for a tint lip balm finish

Three layers- for a lipstick finish. I prefer wearing it as a lipstick because it smooths out lines.

I find the 'three coverage feature' true, but Sun-Twin-Set is no longer my color; I'm more into neutral and darker colors now. This lipstick is absolutely moisturizing, lightweight, and provides a plumping effect to the lips, plus texture is smooth and soft, and stays put, but doesn't feel sticky. Staying power is okay, but of course, it has to be retouched during wear due to its consistency; it also leaves a light stain on the lips when it has finally come off.

The 'three coverage feature' is cool, but I'm more of matte girl; I don't mind owning at least one from this collection though. If you're into shiny, moisturizing lipsticks, consider trying out this one because it has good quality and is one of the shiny lipsticks out there with the nicest finish.
