You know I’m always game for trying out new skin care products, but my skin care belief has always been if the routine and products work, stick to it.
In my Cetaphil Gentle Skin
Cleanser review, I mused that I have a monthly Skin Detox regimen that I commit
to every time I finish using stronger skin care products; in here, I go back to
my trusted basics to help my skin refresh, but without depriving my skin of the
benefits of skin care. This trio of Cetaphil products is my staple in my Skin
Detox regimen or anytime I feel that my skin needs to take a break. I’ve used
it again for one month and if there’s anything that this regimen keeps on reminding
me over and over again, it’s that skin care is actually simple: a committed
usage plus great products equals great skin.
I’m musing about my skin
commitment with Cetaphil.
One month after using
Cetaphil’s trio; healthy skin that’s ready to take on any challenge!
Here’s a breakdown of my regimen:
DAY:
Cleanse- Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser
Moisturize- Cetaphil Daily
Advance Lotion
NIGHT:
Pre-Cleanse- Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleansing Cloths
Cleanse- Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser
Moisturize- Cetaphil Daily
Advance Lotion
My Skin Detox regimen is just
very simple, but it works; the proven formulation of Cetaphil and Daylong work
hand in hand in providing me the effective care I need, but without being harsh
to my skin.
How does Cetaphil’s trio helped
me? One, it lets my skin ‘breathe’ from the buffet of ingredients from the
previous products I used, thanks to the gentle formulation. Two, they’re
straightforward products that let me achieve my skin care tasks easily and
efficiently. Lastly, it always gives me healthier, more resilient skin because
I feel that the products don’t interfere too much with my skin’s natural
processes.
So does a simple regimen work?
Yes it does and this is proof. Skin care really, is not complicated so don’t
think twice anymore about adopting one; you can start with Cetaphil!

I'm using Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser for my face. It is so gentle and moisturizing. Ang lambot ng face ko. For the sunscreen naman ay Biore Aqua UV Rich Watery Essence. Mejo mahal kase ang Cetaphil eh, pero worth the price naman. Btw, I won 2 liter of Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser sa last FB contest nila kaya may supply pa ako ngayon. Hehehe
ReplyDeleteOhhh, that Daylong sunblock is interesting! Is it really in gel form? I've been looking for a good sunscreen because I've been ignoring sun protection too much lately, but I haven't found one that agrees well with my oily skin. Most sunscreens are in cream form, and those tend to feel very greasy on my skin. I'm hoping gel type ones can perform better! And your regimen is proof enough and it really make me want to hoard Cetaphil items! :)
ReplyDeleteYup I think I need something like this as well because in the past few months I've been trying different brands to cure my acne and I think it's not getting any good but just making my case worse. Haaaay. IT's so hard kasi with all different products out there and all the promises it could give to your skin. But wohhh! I can do it! I'll try to mimic this one :)))
ReplyDeleteA good skincare regimen is super important but I don't have the discipline to stick to one :( I keep changing products since I find nothing works to rid me of blackheads and oily skin.
ReplyDeletetrue!!! if your skincare works stick to it... I've been using my Neutrogena Facial Wash for the longest time I couldn't when I started :) gonna try this cetaphil too! my baby is using the baby line set and I can tell his having a great skin!
ReplyDeleteI also use cetaphil's cleanser and moisturizer. It stings a bit for me though but still works great.

A good skin care product is a must.
ReplyDeleteI read from a post (from Pinterest) that Cetaphil is not really helpful most especially for people with troubled or sensitive skin because it contains alcohol. Is that true? Or do you experience anything that might not be good for people with sensitive skin? I do want to give Cetaphil products a try but when I read that article, I was alarmed.
